Jason Stewart he bleeds Cantrell and AIC 🤘he appreciates the greatness that is the Riff Lord Jerry Cantrell and the greatest band to ever assemble....Alice in Chains. Even after losing half their band they still continue to create and put out absolutely amazing music
you'd be surprised to know I was a very lukewarm fan from 1992 when I discovered them until 2013 when the Dino album came out. Only in the last 5 years I realized that as I aged and got wiser Jerry's music spoke to me like no other music that I grew up listening to. It's interesting how perspective is everything
The Cantrell Project very interesting...I will admit im in a rather similar boat. I didnt really realize how good they were until around that time as well. An really dug into their music and started learning it. It was really once I started learning to play guitar that I truly gravitated to AIC an my life changed forever. I had always known who they were but never got deep into their music until I matured and realized hey they are talking about everything I'm feeling and going through in my life an in my head...an the rest is history. I owe my life to these guys

The Cantrell Project an not sure if you play bass but showing Mikes bass parts an how they go so well with Jerrys riffs... might be an idea as well
If i could meet them, i would ask them to do some cover ups that i think that would be cool for them to do, i have them typed up in my notes app, and i drew a couple album covers for the albums (ill try to make it in photoshop and upload it somewhere)

AWSOME how old are u m8? 29? how you got so much time do covers keep up the good work yopu do covers so fast and how you learn without tabs?
39. I piggy back time here and there. Sometimes 10 minutes. And then I need 1-2 hours to fo vocals. That's the toughest to find time for. If I was freer I'd fo 4 videos a week lol. I learn by ear, I just hear the layers in my head. I dont need tabs. But happy to share the music and tabs.

well done....what are you using to take out all the instruments on the recordings to figure out the guitar parts...the last 3 albums are so saturated that it's hard to pick out certain things, like on facelift and dirt...
I use Jamvox. It's an old software. I'm sure there are better things out there

thats funny you say that, a week after i got the album i felt that song was the dark horse as well, i absolutely love the bridge in the middle where Jerry sings. His best singing on the whole record imo
