Congrats man! 75% for ROI is really great. Despite the sales for the first month, I hope that you have much continued success moving forward.

Nice! I was the only March 18th customer who bought 2 $8 and 2 $5 Wii games! I was there a few days ago, but I didn't putchase anything.
I even went to the market next to it...I was asking if there was space for a setup for my games there. I have so much stuff to get rid of. I'm still contemplating opening up something at Midwest Market in Racine.
With Nostalgia being gone, I think the only games stores in Waukesha are Picky Picky Resale and One Stop Wonders. I honestly think those two stores have some fairly overpriced games, in my opinion.

Thanks for stopping by my display case. It never hurts to ask around about getting a booth or display case so good job on that!

@@austinheroics Yeah. Well I have an IKEA Milsbo case but I don't have a key for it. The thing about Midwest Market is you physically have to be there.
I should probably go to the Milwaukee antique mall. I don't remember where it is (I think it is around 20th or 16th and Mitchell). It has like 7 floors. I remember on the 2nd floor it had a Zoltar machine...reminded me of the movie Big.

Ever since you started this series I got motivated to try it out. I got a booth 3ft x 7ft $ 125/monthly. 1st month made $84 1st week of 2nd month made $54 so since 2nd month isnt over im up $13 so far but still need to included the expenses of the purchased items even though they cost me $3/$4 of each item they still add up. I'm going to give it a 6 month try depending on how it goes.

Blu ray might be hit and miss. For regular media viewers they buy cheaper dvds, while collectors and people wanting physical media like to check quality of the disk. Having it behind glass might discourage buyers from even asking to see them. Might be worth adding a note saying something about all disks being clean and in good conditions?

are the profit you are earning from the antique case going to be added to your funds for the $10 collection series?

What amount of $$$ do you have in your items? You’ve calculated your profit after fees; however, haven’t taken out the costs (average cost) of each item sold

Great question! I covered some of this in a previous video. A lot of my items came from big bundles i purchased. Others i get for a few bucks from thrift stores. And some items i just breaking even on. It's hard to give exact percentages on money i spent on the items.

Hi Austin. Question for you, why not just sell the game's exclusively on eBay and make 87% instead of 75%?

Great question! I actually have a comparison video on my channel that I uploaded a month ago. I just give my reasons and benefits of selling in the Antique mall as compared to eBay.

In my opinion there are not a lot of advantages to having a booth vs selling online. With a booth you have to transport all of your merchandise to the store, stock it etc. With eBay you don't. With a booth you are paying a monthly fee. It's awkward when you don't make money. It does happen. On eBay you only have a fee if something sells. With a booth only the people that are going to the mall are seeing it. On eBay anyone on eBay can find your item. I guess if you enjoy it and can make money go for it. I would still say overall that online is the way to go now, unfortunately.
