At the outlet, if the disc is missing you can buy the cases by weight which has usually been around 30 cents a piece for me in the past.
My goodwill refused to sell them by weight. I think they think you are hiding the disc and they charge the 1.25 per disc

Moonlight Graham’s only famous because of Field of Dreams, so I’d guess the hat is no older than the 90s.
