    6. Hivemind Control: SCP-6458 can enslave the minds of its victims, turning them into mindless, obedient drones known as “Sorrowbound.” These drones are forced to assist SCP-6458 in its torturous activities, helping it capture and mutilate new victims. The Sorrowbound are aware of their actions but are powerless to resist, trapped in their own decaying bodies as they watch themselves commit unspeakable atrocities.
    7. Necrotic Resurrection: SCP-6458 can reanimate the corpses of its victims, binding their rotting bodies with dark energy. These undead thralls are mindless but capable of spreading SCP-6458’s aura of decay and carrying out its will. These resurrected beings are used to hunt down new victims, spreading terror and death in their wake.
    8. Sadistic Immortality: SCP-6458 cannot be killed by conventional means. Its body, when damaged, rapidly regenerates, with each wound adding to its horrific appearance. It seems to relish the pain of being attacked, laughing maniacally as it is injured, only to reform seconds later. Attempts to destroy or incapacitate SCP-6458 have proven futile, with its resilience appearing limitless.
    History:
SCP-6458 was first discovered in ███████, Romania, in 1948, where it had laid waste to an entire village. Reports indicated that the residents had been subjected to unspeakable acts of torture, their bodies found in grotesque, twisted poses. Some victims were found alive, their bodies flayed and torn apart, but unable to die due to SCP-6458’s influence. These survivors were driven mad by the pain, unable to communicate anything coherent other than fragmented pleas for death. The Foundation intervened and attempted containment, leading to the deaths of three Mobile Task Force units.
Since its discovery, SCP-6458 has appeared sporadically across the globe, often in regions of political unrest or natural disaster. Its presence brings with it a wave of unexplainable mass deaths, often leaving behind entire towns and cities devoid of life, with survivors so traumatized that they are incapable of speech.
    Incident Logs:
    • Incident 6458-A (██/██/1967): SCP-6458 appeared in a small town in eastern Russia, where it caused the deaths of over 10,000 civilians in under 24 hours. The victims were found hung from telephone poles and lamp posts, their entrails stretched across buildings like banners. Their bodies were mutilated beyond recognition, their faces frozen in expressions of sheer terror.
    • Incident 6458-C (██/██/1999): SCP-6458 manifested in a heavily populated urban center in Brazil, where it turned an entire metro station into a living torture chamber. Passengers were flayed alive, their bodies twisted into grotesque shapes and mounted onto the walls and ceiling like decorations. Over 3,000 people were killed, with survivors describing SCP-6458 as a “god of death” that reveled in their suffering.

      Supplement: MTF-Ares Final Transmission
      Date: ██/██/2007
Note: The following is a transcript from the final communication with Mobile Task Force Ares-9 during their last engagement with SCP-6458 in the Siberian exclusion zone.
      [Audio Transcript]
Squad Leader: “We’ve reached the target. It’s… worse than we thought. The bodies, they’re-God, they’re still alive, some of them. They’re begging us to end it. You can see them… the blood, the skin, they’re trapped in their own flesh. We can’t-”
[Sounds of screaming and tearing flesh]
Squad Leader: “It’s here! It’s watching us. It… it enjoys this. It’s toying with us. My men, they’re… they’re ripping each other apart. I-”
[Loud cracking noise followed by static]
The Fall of Humanity: K-Class Scenario (continued)
It began at dusk. SCP-6458 manifested without warning, descending upon the world with an insatiable hunger for death and suffering. Cities burned as SCP-6458 unleashed its wrath. The streets ran red with blood, and the air was filled with the screams of those caught in its sadistic games. No one was spared; the old, the young, men, women, children-all were victims of its insatiable need for torment.
Entire populations were twisted into living horrors. Families were turned inside out, their organs strung like garlands across their homes. Streets were filled with the writhing forms of those who had been turned into walking nightmares, their bodies barely recognizable as human. People begged for death, but SCP-6458 denied them the mercy of release, keeping them alive in a perpetual state of suffering.
Military forces were deployed in vain. Tanks and planes crumbled to dust as SCP-6458’s corruption spread across the world. Soldiers were driven mad by the sight of their comrades being tortured in ways that defied reason, their minds shattered by the endless waves of agony SCP-6458 unleashed. Desperate attempts to contain the chaos were met with SCP-6458 turning the very tools of war against humanity. Entire fleets of warships sank beneath the waves, consumed by the dark energy radiating from SCP-6458.
In the span of a few days, nations collapsed. Governments no longer existed. SCP-6458 turned major cities into grotesque playgrounds of mutilation and horror. In Paris, the Eiffel Tower became a crucifixion site for thousands, their bodies impaled on twisted beams of iron. In Tokyo, skyscrapers were melded into organic towers of bone and sinew, pulsating with the suffering of the millions trapped within. New York City became a graveyard of the walking dead, the corpses of the city’s inhabitants shuffling mindlessly through the streets, their bodies contorted and fused into horrific shapes.
Chapter 2 The Breaking of the World
As SCP-6458’s corruption spread across the planet, the very fabric of reality began to break down. Time no longer functioned as it should, with some areas experiencing days that stretched on for weeks, while others were locked in an endless night. Space warped, cities blending into one another as SCP-6458’s aura of decay collapsed entire regions into a singular landscape of suffering and torment.
The sun darkened, its light blocked by thick clouds of ash and black energy. The air was thick with the stench of rot and decay, making it impossible to breathe without inhaling the death that SCP-6458 had brought to the world. The few survivors who remained huddled together in the ruins of their homes, praying for a mercy that would never come.
SCP-6458 relished in their fear. It hunted them, dragging them from the shadows and subjecting them to unspeakable horrors. It would tear them apart slowly, piece by piece, whispering in their ears as it described in detail the agonies they were about to endure. Those who were lucky enough to die quickly were often resurrected by SCP-6458, their bodies reanimated to serve as its eternal servants.
      Chapter 3 The Last Stand
In a final, desperate attempt to stop SCP-6458, what remained of the world’s military forces gathered in a ruined city, their weapons trained on the entity as it approached. But SCP-6458 did not rush to destroy them. It walked calmly through the battlefield, its mutilated body glowing with the dark energy that had consumed the world. The soldiers opened fire, their bullets and missiles dissolving in mid-air as SCP-6458 advanced without a scratch.
The ground beneath them began to shift and crack, and SCP-6458 summoned its Torture Constructs-massive, living contraptions made of bone and flesh, their forms twisting and writhing with the screams of the damned. These constructs descended upon the soldiers, impaling them on spikes of bone or ripping their bodies apart with jagged claws. Those who were not killed immediately were dragged into the constructs and subjected to endless torment, their screams echoing through the battlefield.
In the midst of the carnage, SCP-6458 stood tall, watching as the last of humanity was consumed by its wrath. It whispered to them, telling them of the worlds it had destroyed before and how Earth was merely another chapter in its endless cycle of death and suffering.
When the last soldier fell, SCP-6458 turned its gaze to the horizon. The world was broken, reduced to a twisted wasteland of death and despair. There were no more cities left to destroy, no more people left to torture. SCP-6458’s mission was complete.
      But it was not satisfied.
It would find another world, another universe, and begin the cycle anew.
      Final Log Entry
      Date: ██/██/20██
      Recording retrieved from Site-Black-13
Dr. ██████: “There’s nothing left… nothing. We’ve failed. SCP-6458… it’s everywhere now. It’s-it’s in the air we breathe, in the ground we walk on. There’s no escaping it. We can only… wait for it to find us. It’s coming. I can hear it. The screams. The laughter. It enjoys this. God help us all.”
      [End of transmission]
Humanity was gone, and the world had fallen to SCP-6458, The Abyssal Reaver. An unstoppable force of cruelty and chaos, it left nothing but pain in its wake. The end was not merciful. It was brutal, slow, and agonizing-the perfect reflection of the evil that was SCP-6458
