That's what I would do to her. Give her a GOOD TASTE about what that job is like~~a good six months of it. Get on the same page with her parents so the little b!tch can't quit or weasel her way out of it. Have her supervised the entire time so she can't screw off. Then bounce her after the punishment was done.

On top of that, janitors typically range from strong and outgoing or quiet and reserved. Either way, janitors may deal with shit, but they don't put up with shit.
My school's janitor was quiet and kept to himself. When the girls kept kissing mirrors despite the school issuing a suspension policy for any girls wearing lipstick/lipbalm, that timid old man sure found a way to make his point known. He called in the frequent kissers and 'demonstrated' how he cut down on cleaning supply costs because of how much they were making the school waste. There wasn't any cost issues, he was making a point that their actions can have consequences. He dipped his mop in the nearby toilet and used the toilet water to wipe the mirror.
Lemme tell ya. Those girls never kissed public mirrors again. God, I miss that old fart... such a chill and funny guy. Sweetheart too.

He trusted his 'kids' and we made damn certain not to break that trust. My yearbook has pics of him portraying Santa with several girls surrounding him and sitting on his lap. Before folks start screaming, he was in his 60s, pot~bellied, with snow white hair. Absolutely a wonderful man! That was almost 40 years ago, so I guess he's passed by now. I certainly wish him well in his next lifetimes; he's earned an easy time, IMHO.

I worked somewhere where 2 of the office ladies acted like this... "i should just bring my own vacuum and get the money they pay the janitor myself..." and mocking the cleaning staff so much i felt bad and went out of my way to make sure I was friendly and respectful to the cleaning staff to counter balance their behaviour. The thing with these 2 office ladies is that when they want you gone they will claim that suddenly you are making mistakes ALL the time even though theres been no reason to suspect it. I watched it happen multiple times so i recognized immediately when they started to do it to me and I made sure I was ready to leave whenever they gathered enough "evidence" to convince HR that I am no longer a suitable employee.
My point is that this girl should start looking for a new job quicky since she "interviews well" and "has so much potential" she should have no trouble finding a new job. Since she's still in the probation period at this job she could just leave it off her resume like it never happened instead of trying to convince her superiors to keep her around longer than they would like to and increase the gap on her resume between graduation and her inevitable next job search.

I have met a lot of people in important positions within different companies and the military that would clean when they saw a need and had the time. Most of the time these people weren't wearing dress clothes when I was around, an example would be getting a haircut from the grandson of the Macy's (Yes that Macy's), having Peanut butter sandwiches at the home of one of the largest realtors in Illinois, or going to the Chicago home of the Armour family (Mrs Armour liked doing the dishes after a meal to give the staff time to eat). I saw news and advertising videos of Ray Kroc on his hands and knees in a suit cleaning the floor of a McDonald's bathroom because he saw some trash on the floor.
So I can understand Pamela's position about cleaning the windows whilst waiting for her date.

My 1st. husband 27 and I was 18 when got married. He a a cruel ass man. that's another story. We married because I was pregnant with triplets girls. he did nothing for them ever. not even carry them to the car or while im in the shower they will scream there heads off in hard rain and.... he don't care. He is in the nay 9 years, 20 years pass he served 29 years and could not go higher. so he retired, I learn later I am part of the 20/20 rulering find out later.
during the time of marriage. I was given only $200 a pay week to care for my self and kids. we walked to the food bank then taxi back with it all. Twice month. baby sat when he was out to sea, I hid the money. to last when he was at shore. My husbands gross was $11,200 as a senior Chef. pay dropped when he retired to $5,100 a month
While in the Navy, My husband demanded and forced me to release my collage fund to him $128,000. turns out only college he did was with the Navy's GI bill. he lied. he did start a Mowing service and house cleaning service ($80,000yr ) for the base housing and civilians (60,000 yr). He started a 3rd business Crime scene clean up ($145,000 year) all net and after cost. when I turn 21 my husband came home with 7 unruly girls' gages 4, 5, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 He claims his ex wife died and these are his kids. We adopted them, now I have 10 kids t care for and he still only gave me $200 a pay week. $400 a month. Now I only can baby sit school hours and limits kids to drop ins. or part time parents. last child turn 24 went in the navy. He filed divorce on me. Called me useless. Waste of space, deserved to be used...
then I found out His ex was never dead, not even married 4 of the kids was not even his. Their birth ma did not want to be burden with them and in THEIR home they did not want the kids or the expense. His kids was messed up i think they knew of the birth ma and told me nothing. We adopted 8 grand kids to give them medical, and an ID.
They ended up living with me. He haven't come home in 7 years. He never asked where I be after we moved out of the base housing. Moved in to my inherited home 1,600sqft with no utilities cost, spring water, geo- heating, hot box for cooking and geo-turbine fore unlimited power. I bought an incinerator, and we have dual septic tanks one for toilets rest for no solids or papers... and my trust.
Only smart thing my soon to be ex did. he never added her name to anything. 9 cars and trucks, 1 main house, 6 rentals, 2 on pending. his 3 businesses and a Navy pension and dual 401ks. Cds...
He filed for divorce, and suing me for my babysitting Roth fund. for my retirement whopping $24,000.
I filed back Abandonment, never seen him for 8 years, , no child support or support of me over $400 a month. for 10 kids and 8 grand kids. The college fund he signed a paper saying its a loan. for 50% of his pension. then I found out about his 3 business. and rentals. mistress is a real-estate agent. he is working for DOD aerospace field engineer. makes ($198,000 year net) I don't know how much tax is paid to nor how much go in savings or medical. I only focused onthe net. But my lawyer filed on the gross, $483,900 income + $5,100 pension dual 401ks are 34 years old. my lawyer did all the foot work ....
My ex not claimed the his home or cars, boat, platoon. or his rentals & 3 businesses.
In my decree it was written 50% of his pension and benefits for life, 47% alimony for life.
37% child support for 8 kids, 6 of them for life, they have disabilities. 50% of all assets, property or holdings... He earn the money spent and kept the money, so he got all the bills.
they did not return my money even tho, I have paper says its a loan it was marital use I gave it to him. lawyer said shush. I got it.
Ex countered for half my home and my assets, my IRA - -
he received half of my IRA for its marital property so he got $12,000. Nothing of my inheritance.
in the decree says after what yours is yours, mine is mine, and few paragraphs' above read any assets, property, business so on... If, not listed will be for got the words. But, will be turn over to the other in full. Argument was the loan, my collage fund was used as the principle funding of the business and their proceeds. I never got my share of the businesses when in marriage I own half with out a prenuptial plus was started during the marriage before he abandon us cant say not mingled for i was paid $400 a month. the Navy pension has never been touched. enters an account and not touched once. This means there was mingling of funds... that was my understanding. Now I own the big beautiful home, 8,247 sqft. lot is 42,000 sqft. just under really. I got everything not listed, they went and put a look onthe doors. mediators was hired and 2 officers and 1 worker a room.
Place was itemized and general priced. then like a UK bailiffs removed all that was valuable minus her inherited things. He inherited nothing. Instead of removing the good stuff, they took out the crap stuff. My orders to keep any soft used to new clothing and accessories.
I have 10 daughters and 6 grand girls and 2 grand sons with me. damn right I will be petty.
    |I kept 90% of the home contents. and all the recreational items and lawn care and tools. Mac and snap-ons full collection his tinker shop and has garage shop. did say a damn fine home. I received a damn good settlement and got all the business 100%. asked the workers. Sign this paper if want to keep the job, basically if they sabotage any work and or make clints leave or up set them so on. they will be sued for compensation and the lost of revenue. then letters was sent to clients. as the True owner, the manager was fired, if your scouted to leave. Please no hard feelings, but tell us why. Please tell us and we will adjust billing to compensate your for the troubles. (they was sent hate mail about me, of incompetence, named the workers of scouting and harassment and failure at the job to ruin the business. Ex was sued and case was one. strange calculation clint say was 10 years compensation was same cost of billing for 10 years. Lost. they all went after the big clients.
so they ended up paying me big, and lost the clients more then few returned.
First thing I did had a dress up party. all the kids came to the new home, layer out tarp and dragged everything out. we deep clean the home, recover the floors and rails so on. recarpeted. and marble the the kitchen and dining room. Took a week end, was perfect weather. Then we organized the clothes my ware. and we modeled the clothes and sorted who got what. that lady was big as my thigh. lol. lady was obsessed with linen. they got 10 years worth of clothes in in a day. They deserved it neglected for so long. My brother and sister moved in my old home. Only cost is pay the tax and upkeep.
My husband tried to sue me one more time, last time. flat out said only income is 1/2 yours and my pension. 53% of his DOD job. damn good pay still. If i release this documents of abuse, neglect, abandonment, embezzlement, hiding cash from wife and court, you will lose your clearance and will be un hire able in your field. Threat, warning, being a bitter, angry wife on a vendetta take it as you like, truth is truth will have same out come.
I never heard form him again. He never contacts any of the kids. But i did get a pay rise. everything is off the gross.
Only kids I babysit is our own kids. I am a greedy bastard i have 7 cars now and wont give any tot he kids, i call it my 7 day car system lol. For I been driving a a 1989 geo metro hatch back. New gift from my family when I got my license. gas was $7 a fill up lol. Handy with a $400 month allowance. lol. Was great with 3 kids. When ten kids came.
Brother owns a custom shop. he cut roof off, front seat 42" and 32" leg clearance reduced 7 & 5 inches each. made room for a 3rd row leg room. I am 5'1" no biggie lol. the benches was flat bottom can fit 5 belts back folds down sports slim to make use of room. rear was solid fix backs bottoms fix to the base. of the rear. then the roof, add solid sides of rear so kids not siting next to glass. trunk dropped open like a truck. only holds 3 stacks of single layer of can cases. then 6 full bags of food, rest is at the first row foot well. sit on cases with pillow on top lol. My disabilities work dog a red Tibetan mastiff. saved with puff at tail, feet and furry head, not for style he don't like them areas touched lol and I don't argue with him. rest saved for its hot as hell and to control the fleas of Texas and its hot as hell.
if I had to do it all over again. Be the same. Don't think I would have all these kids to love. I don't believe my future be would be so bright as is. Able to buy with out checking the accounts first. hate the situation, but never would asked for any different.
