It shows the bpm when you play regular vinyl?

I think these turntables are an impressive technological excercice and would be well-suited as club gear that caters to vinyl and digital DJs, especially with a mixer like an S9. However, for anyone who has to pay out of their own pocket for these, there are lots of other options which makes these a difficult choice. For the kind of money you'd pay for two of these, one could buy a FLX10 AND two random Super-OEM turntables, and possibly Phase on top of that. Sans the controller, you'd pay less for two decks and Phase than you would for one PLX-CRSS12. So the Porsche SUV comparison is quite correct in my opinion.

I like that The FLX 10 has Recordbox and Serato.
Can I ask for your opinion & advice?
Does the Flex 10 have a good preamp built-in to the FLX 10?
If you only have a DDJ 1000, and wanted to connect this turntable or a Tech 1200 turntable - What kind of preamp etc would you recommend? This would be for gigs and home use? This question may sound odd, But I Love my Real Vinyl Records too.
      Thanks

There is a little button where the clamp goes on the side and it’s magnetic so it will be hard to lose and it is also magnetic with the record spindle. I just got them and I use vinyl which the clamp doesn’t need to be used. The only downside I saw was that the spindle is longer than normal so 45 adapters that have a design on top will lot work

I don't understand the hype surrounding these decks. They're $1,400 a piece and are basically a watered down version of the Reloop RP 8000 MK2 which could be had on sale at the moment for $650. Yeah, the clamp is cool, but who cares if you're not using Serato or Rekordbox?
A pair of RP 8000 mk2s and PHASE will run you around $1,700 while a pair of these go for 2,800 with less features and PHASE is still needed if not on Serato or Rekordbox 😂

@@trancevoyagesessions Maybe the best you have used. But even if they were the best, are they worth 1,400? Fuck no.
So tell me... What exactly makes them the best?
