You are absolutely amazing. I am not even exaggerating when I said that. When I read my textbook on oblicon, I could not understand almost everything because of how complex it is, the jargons and the lengthy explanations. But you were able to simplify it very well. Kudos to you sir!🎉 you just saved another student

Atty, the Code does not say “Valid until annulled.” Voidable contracts are not valid; they are merely binding For purposes of clarity for your viewers, the Code says - Voidable contracts are binding, unless they are annulled by a proper action in court (Paragraph 2, Article 1390, Civil Code)
Good job 👏 Do take note, however, that your point may merely be semantics, as what I have said is accepted, even by the Supreme Court. One such example: "An action for annulment of contract is one filed where consent is vitiated by lack of legal capacity of one of the contracting parties, or by mistake, violence, intimidation, undue influence or fraud. By its very nature, annulment contemplates a contract which is voidable, that is, valid until annulled. Such contract is binding on all the contracting parties until annulled and set aside by a court of law. It may be ratified. An action for annulment of contract has a four year prescriptive period." (Cruz v Cruz, GR No. 211153, February 28, 2018) In this regard, note that Supreme Court decisions form part of Philippine law, pursuant to Article 8 of the Civil Code, which provides: "Judicial decisions applying or interpreting the laws or the Constitution shall form a part of the legal system of the Philippines." Therefore, it is quite acceptable to characterize voidable contracts as being valid until annulled 😊 There is thus no issue requiring clarification 😊
Hi, sorry, ito na po yung materials hehe. Yung videos. Baka gumawa ako libro, but only if may demand, and most likely in the far future, so unfortunately, di mo siguro maabutan. In the meantime, I recommend Tolentino, Jurado, or de Leon. Rabuya and Jurado also have good reviewers. I heard Sebastian has books out, and while I havent read them, Atty. Sebastian is one of the best teachers.
Done watching the full playlist as part of my review on my upcoming qualifying exam! Thank you, atty.
Good luck! Kayang kaya! 💯💪🔥
