Season 1 Homelander's hair was amazing to see
What's the difference in season 2

My friend got a warning from God. He said "Tell my people I am coming back soon, and read your Word".
Here are some verses I recommend reading~
Matthew 7:21-23
Matthew 4:17
Acts 2:17
Joel 2:28
James 2:17-26
Acts 16:31
I recommend writing them down and truly meditating on them.
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
-James 1:22-25
Tomorrow isn't promised, BUT, God being a loving and forgiving Father is and always will be, don't wait until later or tomorrow. Gods kingdom is at hand! ❤️
I gotta hand it to them, an invincible (to regular humans) superhero who can fly, kill huge hoards of people with eye lasers, read your hr/bp to see if you’re scared, and can even see through everything except Zinc is straight nightmare fuel lol
Homelander is a proper villain here…smart, calculating, controlled, and impressed by his adversary’s actions because it means they are worthy of his attention but he is still very dangerous.
Damn, S1 Homelander just hits different...
For everybody whos looking for the song the song is called Depression At Konyaalti by Yalnizlar parki
thank you, been looking for it a few day.
I miss this actress she was so good!!! :)
Elizabeth Shue is a fantastic actress on this and every project.
She was great at unbuttoning her shirts in the show. True talent
Ally mills from karate kid
@@Looksmaxxed87 Or Jennifer Parker from Back to the Future
gilf
In this scene, deep pauses before answering zinc because he doesn’t actually know what homelander could see through
This is is genuine reaction
Or it was a dramatic pause to create a suspense 😂🤣
I wish they did more of this, figuring out creative ways to kill supes. Now it just feels like they only use guns or other supes
The writing got weak AF after Season 1.
Not really@@nboy7
Imagine your weakness being sunscreen
“My little guppy” 💀💀💀💀
I forgot Homelander was this calm and not just killing people around
The first season was good because it seemed like the writers knew what to do with the show. But now it is clear that they don't know what they want, this is why every season looks like a different show in relation to the previous
Not really
I loved the times when it was a giant game of chess. When the Seven found out who was responsible it kinda became less fun, however still pretty good
The first season was so good, bc it felt like they were up against gods but hidden away
Homelander and deep'sblittle presentation reminda me of the times me and my older brother were asking mum's permission
Dude is the perfect Homelander. Cold, intelligent, and absolutely terrifying.
"Where is the fire?"
Starting in my heart
I Got to give the W to the Turtle ad for this 😂😂
So, build my secret villian lair made entirely of zinc, unground, over a giant foundation of zinc painted reflective and covered in snow
I'm waiting for someone to make an immortal zincman just to stalk and never do anything to Homelander, just knowing he can't see him or if he's there or not would make him lose his shi completely 😂
I think this homelander was bored and excited to have an enemy
This was the only time homelander was actually a good detective
I miss how Homelanders suit looked and how he acted
Suit? Isn't it still the same?
@@karukalua It looked more buff and menacing. Homelander looks more skinny now.
Wait he acted ? 😅
I fucking love deep bro 😭
So, indirectly he Appreciated Frenchie.
Butcher - Mouth and Aggression of the team
Hughie - Heart of the team
Frenchie - Brain of the team
MM - Moral compass of the team
Kimiko - the muscle of the team...
Deep and homelander gave adam west batman and robin vibes there for a sec
I’m surprised to see homelander being so calm here…
Back when homelander actually felt like a threat
He still is lol
@@year7high711 does not feel like it anymore thats the problem
@@yanniammari1491I dunno, carefully explaining to Starlight how he would utterly destroy America if she exposed him seemed just a wee bit threatening.
Also, the only thing scarier than someone this powerful in total control is someone this powerful totally OUT of control.
@@xmisterpilgrimx4869idk bro the recent season turn him into some kind of joke he almost loses the queen maeve in a 1V1 is afraid and makes dumb decisions constatly i get you wana portray him as a fragile POS but you can do that without undermining his wits and power
@@yanniammari1491 In fairness, Maeve's power was never really quantified, but more importantly, she's worked closely with him for her entire, long career. If anyone knows how to counter him, it'd be her, which makes the power disparity less absurd.
That said, it wasn't until the Soldier Boy fight that he was truly in mortal peril.
One of the best shows ever made. You felt terrified of homelander but as he gets humbled thru the series you feel less afraid during those moments too. Insanely good writing
When I first saw this scene I thought they will kill the seven one by one. Sadly they didnt go through.
he looks like hes about to tell me about the top 10 fragrances for men

I aspire to be like Homelander when I grow up.
A strong leader, powerful, stalward. What a great man.
So does that mean he can't see through galvanized steel?
Wouldn't worry about it, the writers forgot about this weakness even faster than the viewer
@@Freakcheekshe doesn't look through shit a lot wdym
@@Freakcheeks I agree, the whole show should be about him trying to see through things and not being able to die to them because made of zinc. It’s really too bad that the writers don’t have homelander trying to see through things and being stopped by zinc more frequently. The entire show should be about zinc tbh
@@boomynote what i meam is its homelanders one weakness that they knew about for most of the show and no ones smart enough in the writers room to implemeant it in anyway so they just ignore it. They made it for this one scene and forgot about it, that's inconsistent and lazy writing...you would think theyd take anything stride considering the guys one of the most powerful supers in the world but i guess they dont care about having an advantage.
@@boomynote nice strawman...do better
I cant believe them they killed him on porpoise
When I first saw the Boys, I just thought "Why would they make another Superman Movie, how unoriginal"
😂😂😂 Welp
I need season 4
it's coming later this year, after Gen V ☺️
@@brandonmoss7976 nice!
I just want to see them adapt somewhat of the regular comic storyline and at least make a clone of homelander and they fight eachother
But then you'd know what's gunna happen next. I like not knowing what's gunna happen and when.
@@human_person549 Awful. How can you enjoy not knowing something?
On my opinion I think if homelander was raised better when he was a kid i honestly believe he would’ve turned into a really good hero and person
🎩👌
I mean that’s what happened with superman
Usually when we grow up we realize that even though our past may have been sh*tty, we don't use that as an excuse.

Dark Beach (slowed) by Vossi
Embrace by pastel ghost (same album) is goated too
Season 1 was so much better than what we have now
I miss this haircut on homelander looked better on him
He was so much more intimidating in season 1 ngl
Homelander was pretty smart before the writers start to screw him over after realizing people actually like him, and god forbid people like the Trump allegory
i think i might rewatch the first season before the 4th one
I don't understand why people do this weird filter. It's so uncomfortable
I've never seen the show but I never understood from the clips why they didn't make another Homelander to kill this one. But now that I type it out I see how horrible of an idea that is
So you’re telling me all I have to do is cover my house in Pennie’s and homelander can’t see inside?
from all the periodic table he can't see through ZINC???
At least this feels better than the amount of polls sayin the same thing of “yes, I get it, Omni man is stronger than homelander”
“Well, a good friend of mine-“
*“It was a fuckin porpoise”*
This had potential until the woke agenda f it up😂😭😭😭
Homelander used to look so not stupid in the first half
Yeah, until his ego started getting attacked
Homelander is hilarious Starr just kills this role😂
Too bad they killed her. She could have been such a better villain
S1 Homelander had another level of charisma lol. They gradually turned him into a cry-baby.
ig that’s him falling further apart. I think it contrasts his idea of being a superior being
Who do y'all think is going to win?
Superman🦸♂️ or Homelander??
Superman obviously
