The guitars in this were complete fire, the sounds and the tones, the voice wah thingy, Mick Mars lead riffs...every band from Bon Jovi to Metallica tried emulating this crunch somewhere in their catalogue after this song came out. Totally changed the rock music production scene and sound thanks to this one song.
When you see them live your heart does get a kick start. Not only do they kick ass but in the audience you can actually feel those explosions & the heat from them.
This song is about adrenaline the bassist nikki sixx overdosed on heroin and was pronounced dead and the paramedics gave him two shots of adrenaline in his heart and I guess thats why the wrote this song Kickstart my heart. Great reaction guys if you want another great Mötley Crüe song to react to. You should definitley go for Home Sweet Home. And remember Unleash The Archers have shows in California in September you should definitley get your tickets soon. Lots of love from South Africa 😄
Hi Delwin! Great to see you in our comments! I ( Juliet) am sorry, I made Mia cry this past Saturday in our Live stream! We got her tickets to Un leash the Archers! And our parents got her a "Meet and Greet!" Mia is going to see Britney! OMG! If you have time, look at our Live Stream around the 55 minute mark!
Life can be an adrenaline rush… My new drug is Band Maid. R.I.P. all my old favorite 80’s rock bands. R.I.P. record exec’s that kept good talent off our airwaves. Thank you TH-cam for opening the gates to all of today’s new talent.
Sky diving is one of those things that you really don't know how much fun it is until you actually do it, then you want to do it again-immediately. Like a kid "AGAIN!! AGAIN!!"
Some other Crue songs to react to include Live Wire, Looks that Kill, Shout at the Devil, Smokin' in the Boy's Room, Home Sweet Home, Wild Side, Girls, Girls, Girls, Dr. Feelgood, and Same Ol' Situation. Great reaction girls.
the best Crue is their 1st album Too Fast For Love with songs like Piece of your Action, Starry Eyes, Too Fast for Love, Live Wire, Take Me to the Top, Public Enemy #1, Come on & Dance & Merry Go Round - PEACE LOVE n HIPPYNESS!
Great reaction ladies!! Gotta check out “Live Wire”, “Too Young To Fall In Love”, “Shout At The Devil”, “Looks That Kill”,“Smokin’ In The Boys Room”, “Home Sweet Home”, “Girls, Girls, Girls”, “Wild Side”, “You’re All I Need”, “Dr. Feelgood” “Don’t Go Away Mad” and “Without You” Fun Fact: Before their Dr. Feelgood world tour, the whole band decided to sober up completely, and remember this was in the late 80’s still when booze and drugs were common place for bands like Motley Crue, but they persevered through all that! Love what you guys do and keep rockin!! 🤟🤟🤟
Motley? you gals are going real heavy now! this was based on Nicky Sixx dying from an overdose but the emt in the ambulance was a massive Motley fan so after the first adrenaline injection into his heart (it failed) he insisted on another and he revived him! this was against the rules but the rock gods were looking upon Sixx and this was his answer their best song ever.enjoy.
@John Foxton Yeah idk seeing as Steven Adler has overdosed more times than Nikki Sixx Ozzy Osbourne and Slash put together😅 bless their ❤how are they alive??
Awsome reaction girls to my favorite band of all time. Ive seen them 13 times in concert and they kicked ass every time. I have a Motley Crue tattoo on my left arm and you need to check out alot more of their music...
Remember these names: Vince Neil (vocals), Nikki Sixx (bass), Mick Mars (guitar) & Tommy Lee (drums) ...the original, only Motley Crue🤘🤘 They had substitute members... but this is the band.
At 4:38 you nailed it, Juliet. The song is about adrenalin...with a historic fact behind it. It took two shots of adrenalin to revive Nikki Sixx (bassist) from death when he overdosed in Dec 1987. You must watch their biopic "The Dirt", err, if you're allowed...strictly rated R; but a TRUE representation of the rock'n'roll industry in the 80s.
I am from Ohio as well! The first heavy metal album that I ever purchased was Dr. Feelgood and the title song and this one are absolute favorites. Great that you two ladies reacted to it! Try Dr. Feelgood next!
Hi great reaction to the crue rock n roll girls. Can you imagine how we were in the 80s when this song came out yes there was alot adrenalin to go out party and of course to go to a rock concert goodtimes.
Awesome song from their first sober album. I hit LIKE at the beginning because you girls are opening your minds to the nest music education ever. Congratulations. If you keep diary; as a writer I'd love to turn your music education journey into a movie... Yes, for real
Always ENJOY your reactions. Genuine and honest. Here's a question for you. Has there been songs that you haven't enjoyed? OH! And you might like Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)
Fun fact: later on when driving down the highway and this comes on, keep one eye on the speedometer and one on the road. If not, there’s a real good chance of being pulled over for speeding.
I'm so proud of you girls. You have come a long way. I'm a ghost writer, a composer of all types of music. You girls are in my thoughts and prayers. Keep looking forward and may you achieve all your goals. And may all your dreams become a reality. God will always watch over my two favorite female video reactors... Your big brother i
lol I never heard Mötley Crüe do this song. I never really got into the "shouter" and glam metal bands, so my first exposure to this song was seeing The Warning do a cover. The song is definitely a banger! Another great reaction!! I do wish to reiterate my reaction request for The Warning covering Metallica's "Enter Sandman" from their basement studio, "The Warning Cave". With 22.7M views, it is likely you have already seen it. If you have, then let me recommend their cover of AC/DC's "Back In Black", from waaayy back when Pau was eleven!! It is both adorable and amazing!! :)
Juliet you are funny! Mia...you got serious feel and rhythm !! When you guyz rock together at the same time...The Best!! Tell your Dad I said Gracias and give him a JerrBear hug for me for having AWSOME girlz!! I grew up on Motley Crue. My tia lived in Glendora where Tommy and Vince went to school. Charter and Royal Oak high schools. We would see them at Kenny Arcade on Arrow hwy .Too bad I moved from La Puente Ca. to an hour north of Seattle or I would Jam with your Dad! Be Safe and God Bless...\,,/
Adrenaline is really what his song is all about. Everything they show in the video is about things that get the adrenaline pumping though your system. It all ties into the fact that they used a shot of adrenaline straight into the heart muscle to restart Nikki Sixx heart after he overdosed on heroin. It’s all connected…..
George Harrison, the Beatle's lead guitarist, wrote and sings this song; If you want to hear another from Harrison, watch this tribute to him (his son plays guitar in the background), and in particular watch Prince's lead, it's considered one of his best solos ever (starts at 3:20): "Prince, Tom Petty, Steve Winwood, Jeff Lynne and others -- "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" th-cam.com/video/6SFNW5F8K9Y/w-d-xo.html
Been on this earth over 65 years and have never heard Motley Crue, I've heard of them while I was in the Navy but this is the first time seeing them. They remind me of Van Halen. Speaking of Van Halen, How about reacting to "Dancing In The Streets" or "Jamie's Crying". Or how about I've Been Searching So Long (Chicago cover) by Leonid and Friends. Both I'm sure you will enjoy all of these song immensely.
Excelente!!! Motley Crue is good vibes but now The Warning ,three young sister from Monterrey Mexico ; play this cover song and is a another thing!! Please check The Warning`s cover
This song is a good example for glam metal having actually quite a few connections to classic glam rock (other than just the visual style). Just listen to the drums and then listen to "Ballroom Blitz" by The Sweet, it's almost identical... and I think that was deliberate.
Check out a video titled A-10 Warthog Motley Crue. Talk about adrenaline!! The A-10... possibly the ugliest plane ever made but when one is protecting your butt its the most beautiful thing in the world.
You should listen to a couple more great songs from motley crue called Dr. Feelgood and same ole situation and in the video the drummer is playing upside down
U girls should check out the video shout at the devil live in the carnival of sins tour during the come back tour in 2005 From a fan of you both my name is G 🤘
Never really been a fan of Motley Crue (excuse the lack of umlauts, feeling too lazy to look up the Alt-xxxx keyboard codes!), but so long as you like it, then all is good! It certainly has a heart-beat increasing feel to it, as you say, like an adrenaline rush. And, Juliet, I agree, I could never do a parachute jump; I'd not want to trust anyone to pack my 'chute for me, and I REALLY would not trust me to do it right, either! ;)
Please react to "Wildside". I mean a drummer drumming UPSIDE DOWN. Seen it live. Wow! Then there's Def Leppard with a ONE ARMED drummer. Are you kidding me??
“Literally a fun song” Totally nailed it. You can’t listen to this song without getting pumped up and having a good time. Excellent choice.
Or its about OD'ing on heroine and being brought back to life
Sam Kinison was the driver as the beginning. Awesome stand up comedian and actor. Sadly he passed away.
One of my favorite songs by the way!! 😎
Sam had just bought a new 1989 25th anniversary Turbo Trans Am & was hit head on by an 18 yr old drunk driver who survived
Don't marry kid....AAAAHHHAA!!!
I like these girls ( sistahz) all into metal!!!🤘🤘🤘🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
The guitars in this were complete fire, the sounds and the tones, the voice wah thingy, Mick Mars lead riffs...every band from Bon Jovi to Metallica tried emulating this crunch somewhere in their catalogue after this song came out. Totally changed the rock music production scene and sound thanks to this one song.
Lars Ulrich want that drums sound and... Voila! The drums In the Black METALLICA albums sounds similar to this MOTLEY CRUE album
Saw Motley Crue in 1984, 87 and 89...ALWAYS put on a great show❗❗
I saw them on the Dr. Feelgood tour with Faster pussycat. 🤘🤘
When you see them live your heart does get a kick start. Not only do they kick ass but in the audience you can actually feel those explosions & the heat from them.
The looks on your faces at the end was priceless.
This song has been my morning alarm for many years. You can't help but get fired up, no matter how tired you are.
Rock on, girls….rock on.

This is my number one favourite Shouter song of the Crüe!!

I love motley Crue great song great reaction video 👍

"Fun" song about Nikki Sixx's overdose and being brought back to life after his heart had stopped...a bit of irony.
@John Foxton yeah, I'm aware...but, even if it's not true, great publicity move.
@John Foxton Yeah idk seeing as Steven Adler has overdosed more times than Nikki Sixx Ozzy Osbourne and Slash put together😅 bless their ❤how are they alive??
Like Curt Angle says,
"Oh it's true! It's damn true!'
Nikki talked about it himself!
Awsome reaction girls to my favorite band of all time. Ive seen them 13 times in concert and they kicked ass every time. I have a Motley Crue tattoo on my left arm and you need to check out alot more of their music...
Siempre con ustedes chicas las quiero mucho un abrazo grande desde Buenos Aires

I watched that movie with my eyes closed like a John Carpenter movie and I love John Carpenter movies
F YES! Crue concerts were so much fun in the 80s. Crue's best tunes - Teaser, Shout At The Devil, Dr. Feelgood.
The louder it is, the better it is. Crank it up!
I'm a lifelong Motley Crue fan. Thanks for doing this. Cheers from northeast Ohio! :)
I am from Ohio as well! The first heavy metal album that I ever purchased was Dr. Feelgood and the title song and this one are absolute favorites. Great that you two ladies reacted to it! Try Dr. Feelgood next!
You nailed it. That's what this song is about. Adrenaline. And Adrenaline they had to give Bass player Nikki Sixx.
A California band saw them in club in la great live band
Having fun and listening to good music !👍👍👍🤘🏿excellent reaction!
Hi great reaction to the crue rock n roll girls. Can you imagine how we were in the 80s when this song came out yes there was alot adrenalin to go out party and of course to go to a rock concert goodtimes.
Dr. Feelgood and Wildside are good ones to watch.
Been waiting to see u do this song
The song is about Nikki Sixx's "small deaths" with heroin.
Awesome song from their first sober album. I hit LIKE at the beginning because you girls are opening your minds to the nest music education ever. Congratulations. If you keep diary; as a writer I'd love to turn your music education journey into a movie... Yes, for real

Dr. Feelgood album from which this song comes from is the absolute best album of Motley Crue.
Fun fact: later on when driving down the highway and this comes on, keep one eye on the speedometer and one on the road. If not, there’s a real good chance of being pulled over for speeding.

Tommy Lee had a drum cage that allowed the drum set (and him) to rotate him upside down and then back upright.
Just call em the CRUE!! Any rocker will know who you're talking about!!
Great reaction and thanks for sharing girls. Start out with their early videos and just keep moving forward, this band is a lot of fun. Chris

You girls love rocking. music I grew up on.
let it rock let it roll
Ahhh the music of my high school years
Vince Neil the singer for Motley Crue Drag raced a top fuel funny car in NHRA
Not sure if it was this tour but Drummer Tommy Lee played in a rotating cage.
Rob Zombie - Dragula would be a good song to react to

Check out a video titled A-10 Warthog Motley Crue. Talk about adrenaline!! The A-10... possibly the ugliest plane ever made but when one is protecting your butt its the most beautiful thing in the world.
They stole that opening guitar gimmick from Ronnie Montrose’s Bad Motor Scooter.
Best crue album dr feelgool

A real good song to react to with amazing vocals is Humble Pie - Black Coffee (Live 1973).

Ooh yeah this song is pretty awesome
This song was a statement of intent for Motley Crue in '89.

Their best song I think….
Take Me to the Top
And Too young to fall in Love
This song should come with a warning- not to be mixed with driving, can cause serious damage!
This is one of those songs I can't listen to while driving because laws are being broken. 🤣
You guys should listen to wild side
Peppy Crue
I see we like the same things. 😄
