breeding white cloud tips always move the older fry out never clean the bottom when you start seeing fry make sure you got good water less water movement mean food can stay floating longer for the fry
I have a pretty good question I think! What's the difference between a Royal White Cloud and a Vietnamese White Cloud, other than location of origin? And, other than Dan's Fish, The Royals, where's a great place to get those differences?
How do you stop all breeding? Do you throw the breeders in a community tank with other fish that would eat all eggs or do you separate all male and females or some other way?

I ask because you take a lot of care in hand picking breeders with certain qualities and it would seem counterproductive if males and females you didn't hand pick started breeding.
Are you familiar with what I’m calling a ‘red phase’ gold white cloud? Seems to only show up in males so far for me. I’m trying to decide how deep I want to go down the rabbit hole with them…
@@WhiteCloudDynasty I usually put 1 male and 1 or 2 females. When I remove them I sometimes get a few frys after a couple of days, but when I leave them in there I never seem to get any fry.
I haven’t gotten a single fry I have 1 male to 2 golden females it’s been like that for 2-3 weeks still nothing so I decided to add in a regular one I think I’ve breed before to show the other 2 females how too wish I had another male but I don’t 🫤
@@WhiteCloudDynasty he isn’t I wish I had another male but all the 8or 9golden white clouds I bought from petco were females and the 7 normal with clouds I got were almost all females except for one I breed them once only 2-3 fry hatched after I pulled them and 1 survived and so far looks like a female

It's the same thing..just another fancy name
They are harder to find, I have some but I don't recommend them just yet. I want to refine them for a few more generations
it is convenient to separate males and females in different tanks since the males chase the females constantly

They either eat the eggs or the new hatch fry..so far snail is ok

@@dgwhite87 keep them separate or keep them in large group, large group will normally start a feeding frenzy
