I had my Coleman UTV 400 for 4 years and so far so good. I use it to drive around town as I have mine tagged and titled. Got rid of the clunky tires for something that was more suitable for road use. Noise dampening material around the cab is your friend.

Oh wow!!! That’s awesome! I need to get it tagged and titled so I can run quick errands. What do you mean by noise dampening material around the cab? How does it work? I’m curious and interested. Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience with your Coleman UTV 400. Makes me love mine even more.

@@CalicutsGoCountry Sound Deadener/Dampener/Heat shield/Liner. Put some on the two plastic side panels on each side and the fire wall in front of the motor as it helps with extra noise reverberating while sitting in the cab. Having some underneath the dump bed helps with heat dissipation to if you haul animals in the back as it gets hot.

@@jamesm568 didn’t know that! I will research on that and start tinkering with my utv. Thanks!! I always learn something new. Truly appreciate it.

@@CalicutsGoCountry Just keep the maintenance up on it as it does not like being neglected as parts are hard as hell to find for that damn thing. Upgrading all the lighting to LED is a big help also, especially the headlights. Don't worry about high beams as you will never get them to aim correctly.

@@jamesm568 thanks! I need to look at the manual again for the maintenance. Do you do your own or you bring it somewhere to be maintained? I was going to get some LED lights from Amazon, but haven’t found one that is not too complicated to install on the UTV. Trying to learn to do things on our own. That’s why we love this YT community because we get to meet folks (like you) who share ideas. 🥰
