I noticed several images from contemporary artists Hector Guerrero and Josh Agle, (a.k.a. "Shag"), both artists do great interpretations of the distinctive midcentury style.

I remember many cones and malteds at a little diner decorated with SAS airline posters off the side of hiway 6&24 . Pretty waitresses and a jukebox .
