I'd highly recommend anyone looking at getting this to check out the DIY route first. With an Arduino Nano and WS2812b matrix you can quite easily recreate this for under $10 and 3d files are available on Thingiverse for the enclosure. It's pretty much as simple as soldering 3 wires and uploading the sketch via Simhub.
All the instructions can be found on the Simhub Wiki or join our Discord ;)

@Boosted Media I hope for this too. I really appreciate hearing both your thoughts. The sim almost never will be perfect. I fly airliners for a living. We have motion sims worth $15M each. They’re not perfect but they certainly make you sweat and focus like the real thing. The three 747 sims we had were not equal - one the sims was much more realistic in longitudinal stability than the others. I’ve been watching both your channels for over a year. - about to install windows on my first pc since windows 3.1 I really appreciate your thoughts and comments on the sim racing world as I upgrade from a PS4. I’ll enjoy this for what it is and hopefully learn more in depth details about ffb from you both on my t300. Thankyou both for educating me 👏🏻👏🏻

I've been using an equivalent Arduino with 8x8 matrix for 3 years. Two, in fact. Previously with the iFlag software, and separately I was using SimHub for a dash and 7-seg display. I just found out 2 weeks ago it was capable of using the matrix for flags and I've started tuning it to my preferences; it's much more flexible than iFlag by itself and removes 2 running instances of software. I use it in ATS for low oil pressure, park brake, and beacon light indicators. The 7seg has been tuned to be a light monitor, too. I have set modes for head lights, park-only lights, indicators, brakes, reverse, etc.
I spent a lot of time tuning all of these things over the last 2 years. I have a pretty unique setup now thanks to SimHub. The.. Only issue I really have is that I can't really see the tablet that my dashboard runs on.. lol

If you have iracing look up iflag in their forums. I built mine about 3 years ago. Love it (could try google for that and see what's available there)

Has anyone tried this with iracing and can you confirm that the visual spotter works for both sides of the car? Also, if I have 2 of these, can I assign a spotter side to each?

I posted a Thingiverse link on here yesterday to a DIY version of this and it's been deleted......twice. I was just trying to help people make their own to reduce costs as the majority of sim racers don't have an endless amount of money to spend on their rig. Can I ask why it was deleted? It is because this video was an advert? If so please accept my apologies.
