- Uncle Si wasn’t meant to be on “Duck Dynasty,” but he wriggled his way into a meeting he wasn’t invited to and impressed the producers so much that he won a starring role. The guys tell some of their favorite Uncle Si stories, and Phil has been receiving odd, anonymous letters left on his property. Jase floats a new theory about the reason for “clusters” of miracles, and the guys study the gruesome ends of some powerful people in Jesus’ time.

I’m hoping that Miss Kay is doing well. I’ve been saying prayers for her and for all of you and especially for Alen‘s wife got cancer because I’m a cancer patient myself and I know how that is and I just pray for the whole family I enjoy the podcast every night and so does my son with autism.
I love how Phil just sets over there, without interrupting, waiting for his spot to interject something worth saying. I also love the other banter as well.
Si is amazing! So caring and loving. A distraction? Mmmm. If that’s the case, then it’s a good distraction. He has become everyone’s uncle! Y’all are truly blessed to have him in your lives. ❤
And most importantly. Si has earned and deserves respect!
Si needs to be a regular in Unashamed!!! He is not a distraction-if only from Jase(whom we love) but I totally understand Si. I’m in the military and Phil and Si’s generation are my parents Gen and they are just different.
But his take on spiritual matters are spot on and he takes the spotlight off Jase😂😂😂.

Got to love Uncle Si! I met him at Bridge Harbor yacht club in Freeport Texas when he was came in from a fishing trip with some of the other Robertson guys. Of course he had his tea in hand!
Maybe Si is not saying 'no, no' but is in fact saying 'now, now' which is Si's way of agreeing

The Robertson's were unknown to the world until Duck Dynasty. I believe the Lord used that show to put y'all in the light and to spread the light of the Gospel. There are people who would listen to y'all before they would listen to an evangelist. Y'all are loving, generous and most important Christian people. I hope you all keep some kind of format of teaching the Bible for a long time. America and the World needs the Robertson's.
I only know them through their show and the podcast. I have met Uncle Si, Phil and Miss Kay. They are just down home country people. Even though I don't know them personally, I would help them any way I could. I pray God will keep them all healthy and will place a hedge of protection around them all. May God continue to bless and keep the Robertson's forever.

The differences between the apostles in the four gospels vs the apostles in Acts is awesome! They went from cowardly, unsure and afraid to bold, loud and courageous! It's amazing what the Spirit of God can do through us when we allow Him!!!
Uncle Si is a treasure that the Robertsons have shared with the world. He reminds me so much of us old veterans in my family. His"distractions" are always entertaining.
I like your connection between the message and the uptick of extraordinary spiritual events. That makes sense to me. In your pattern, Al’s recommendation of Daniel can be connected to the message of the coming of Jesus thru Messianic prophecy.

Little Si is just like big Si lol they both look a like sound some what alike and tell stories like no other. I listen to y'all all the time love it
I enjoy Uncle Si on the Duck Call podcast. He gets wound up in his storytelling, but when he goes down the road talking about ministering to children with some awful diagnosis and interacting with those families, you begin to see the depth of the man. When he starts talking about the gospel, it's then that you see his spirit and total love of the Lord. While he's not the most eloquent of speakers, the conviction in his delivery usually leaves me with a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes.
And you can hear the depth in his voice, too, his tone changes and gets emotional. Love it
We often ask why, but God only answers that occasionally. He is in control and we are to trust Him like Habakkuk! Answers come later, sometimes much later.

Yeah Si listens because it’s something good to listen to. Been born again 41 years….I always learn something new from you guys ! Thank you for the blessings. Thank you for adhering to scripture. One point I think you are missing is the other baptism….Jesus’ baptism spoken of as “the promise” spoken of in Ezekiel 36:26-28. Jesus fulfilled that promise spoken of in Acts chapter 1. It was poured out that day that we may all have His baptism. This is what Jesus’ resurrection was all about….so you could be baptized with the “same baptism” in which Jesus was baptized with. His precious Holy Spirit. He is “upon” you, he is “In” you because of His resurrection.

I believe the disciples became brave in spreading the Gospel because they were filled with the Holy Spirit. Before the Holy Spirit came, they were afraid and in hiding. Afterwards, they bravely proclaimed the Gospel. The Holy Spirit was the “fuel” they needed to be brave and boastful in continuing the work of Christ. That was the purpose of the Holy Spirit coming down from heaven. Christ said He had to leave before the “Comforter” could come.
Catholic Priests have that authority that has been passed on from the apostles. It would have been unjust if it had died with the apostles.
Sad his wife killed him so her son could be king. I wonder if it was the result of arranged marriage 😂
It’s also interesting how you discover who your real friends are and or who really loves you when you don’t have (or don’t seem to have) power/fame/money and then if you do they kiss up & or are jealous 😜

Too many things here but, A) I love both podcasts. Both are great and both have some / all of the same but have different focuses and both do great. B) Si is great. I think it would be safe to say that a Large percentage tuned in weekly due to "Let's see what Si is up to this week." I doubt anyone tuned in to see what the CEO was up to this week. C) Now, I want to clarify on "B", I was turned off at first by the CEO CEO CEO crap. I came to realize that while it was true, it wasn't meant to be arrogant and narcissistic. The only thing that got me to the realization of that is "What is Si up to?" D) Finishing up on C, I think we all came to the conclusion that Willie was not the jerk CEO that most of us have had to deal with and was part of the plot and was meant to be funny. Not beating up on Willie, I am sure he had his hands full and was the CEO and had all of those responsibilities. Most of us just have problems with arrogance. Willie is cool. I watch you folks all the time. Great Family. Si is awesome. He may be a bigger variable in the equation on the success of "Duck Dynasty" than you realize. That is not a hit on any of you, just a "Go Si!" thing!

Very weird timing because I just got an "anonymous" note on my mailbox two days ago. The person left me the phone numbers of three tree services (as if i cant look it up myself) and the bottom said "good luck". I have weird neighbors. They also didnt realize that I have security cameras everywhere and I know who left it

There are miracles going on all over the world today. The signs and wonders have not stopped.. you go over into some of the third world countries and there are people that have brought back to life in the name of Jesus, people's limbs grow back, and there are many other miracles. I think it's not seen in the United States because of lack of belief. God's gifts in Wonder working powers did not end with the disciples. Holy spirit is still working today showing signs and wonders ♥️🙏

If the Duck Call Room would do some Bible study I would watch it. But as it is there's just no point.
Jase is the reason Martin and si quit duck hunting at Phil's place. Jase is the fun killer. So still hunts a couple times a year, but Jase makes hunting unfun

The meat could have been used in traps ( crawfish, catfish or crab ) but that was staged for TV. I can't believe that Uncle Si almost was left out of original cast. He and Phil are the backbone of the show.
