Man, how wonderful this is? Best church service I’ve been to in years. It made me see how I’ve taken Jesus for granted. Heck, I talk more about my hobbies than I do Jesus and Jesus is the most important person in my life. I’m so ashamed of my wasted life.
I came back to Christ because of this man and his family, I grew up watching duck dynasty, just enjoyed the family aspects of it and how they related to mine. Fast forward and I found the Unashamed podcast, at a time 3 years ago, when I had lost hope. Then I started reading books written by Willie, Phil and most importantly the Bible again. I still have some major struggles, but in my faith it has made things bearable. I am currently trying to bring my father back to the faith, it is an uphill fight, but one day I will succeed.
Glenn, you do provide us HOPE in addition to all the Negativity you bring to our awareness. Just like sharing the Gospel, people need to know the Darkness in order to Appreciate and Accept the LIGHT(who is our Salvation). Thank you for bringing Willie on. I personally needed to be reminded of the importance of sharing the Hope that is in me…Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!
I still have my "Uncle Si" tea glasses. Also my Christmas decorations from Duck Dynasty. My granddaughter grew up laughing with me at these shows, They reminded me of growing up with my brothers in the country.
Duck Dynasty was a fun show. The Unashamed podcast helped open my eyes that it’s not about just obedience to God. Love Him. How? Well, that’s where Jesus comes in, presented by the men who shared what they witnessed.

I still watch duck dynasty just about every single night on TH-cam. I’ve seen every episode probably 50 times each haha! Wish shows luke that were pushed more. We’d be much better off.
I see it with the younger generation I will be 70 and the ones that are in their 20s don’t get involved. They don’t care it’s somebody else’s problem. They won’t watch the news. I don’t care what it is cause they don’t like to hear anything that makes them feel bad.. even if they can learn from it! I’m a grandma and I pray every day🙏🏼😊
Glenn the Bible tells us to rightly divide the word and to study so as not to be ashamed to stand in front of God. There are different dispensations of how God has delt with the human race through time, and used different people to take the message. There has been one man that I have found that makes the Bible make perfect sense. His name is Les Feldick, he is dead now but his teaching is on TH-cam.

Willie...you'll love this movie....'Faith Like Potatoes'. As for sharing Jesus with others...I ask the Holy Spirit to 'open' the door for me to speak. One time it was on a jet, and this guy in a suit sits next to me. I'm on my way back from a mission trip to the Tarahumara Indians in Mexico which was led by a American missionary named 'Black Buffalo' by the American Indians. As the guy sat down, I'm thinking oh great, a 'stuffed shirt'. But then I ask the Holy Spirit to open the door for me to speak to him(I was always a shy guy). And within a couple minutes the gay asked me where I was coming from. So I told him, and then about how I got saved and God delivered me from booze, drugs, foul mouth and loose women and how God Baptized me in the Holy Ghost on New Years Day 1983 at a F.G.B.M.F. International breakfast. We talked from El Paso to San Antonio, and when we landed he shook my hand and thanked me and said he had heard of FGBMF, and was going to look them up. When I got saved 0n 12/12/82, I told God I didn't know how to talk about Jesus, and asked Him to show me how. Soon after, came 1/1/83...and I told God I'd tell people what little I know, and expect Him to bless it so the next time I'd have more to share..("to whom is faithful in little, I'll give him much") And He has. Now I have a hard time stopping once I start. I'm now 70 and recovering from a wreck, and we watch our twin grandson's. Much to tell but gotta stop... Mike

The church began at this time, and it is the church we follow as Christians. The Catholic Church came later, and began to add things at around 300 AD and continued. Those who rejected their teachings were tortured and killed, had to hide out in the catacombs of Rome for years to stay alive. And on; Martin Luther with his 95 thesis, and so on. You say the Catholic Church is the one and only. History shows differently, starting with Jesus Christ Himself, no royalty but a simple Man born of a poor father and mother in a stable full of animals. Though He created the very world He came into as a baby, grew, taught his disciples and followers and confounded the religious Jews and temple leaders, and then died on the cross for our sins, truly the Son of God as He came back to life in three days as prophesied in Isaiah, Psalms and elsewhere in the Bible. Jesus Christ was throughout the Old Testament then in the New Testament. His Church is very old and we know Him by believing He is God’s Son who died and rose again for our sin, and asking Him to forgive us and following Him. Say what you like but Jesus Christ changed my life and I walk with Him daily. He is an awesome God! I am a Christian but not part of the Catholic Church.
