Exploring the Best Laksas in Singapore and Malaysia (+ comparing Katong, Penang and Sarawak Laksas)

- While travelling across Malaysia in recent months, we discovered that both Singaporeans and Malaysians share a significant affinity for one particular food dish: Laksa. This intricately crafted noodle dish, with origins in Southeast Asia, is often highly rated amongst food ratings by media agencies.
With this realization, we made it a point to visit street vendors in Penang, Singapore, and Kuching to sample the finest Laksa offerings, comparing their flavors and uncovering the reasons behind what makes this noodle dish so uniquely special.
The laksas that we have savoured:
• Penang's Assam Laksa
• Singapore's Katong Laksa
• Kuching's Sarawak Laksa
(Whilst producing this video, we realized that there are a lot of other popular laksa variants around South East Asia that we didn't get the opportunity to feature. We really hope that we can get a chance to savour some of these Laksa variants at some point of time in the future!)

Maybe go try Laksa Siglap as well. This other Singaporean laksa is becoming so rare to find now in Singapore. Somehow all the variants of laksa you featured miss that out.
