Kacangma 本来就不是那么多人能接受的哈哈哈 华文是叫假青麻 有放红酒跟白酒 本来是做月的时候补身体的
Kachangma is cook with Kachangma(motherwort leaves), ginger, chicken and sweet white wine if available if not cook with white wine but definitely not red wine(foochow rice wine). If I cook I use both white wine and sweet yellow wine from Sabah because its impossible to find sweet white wine from Sarawak as I live in Sabah so the Kachangma tasted sweet and fragrant.

Sin Ban Chong's Kolomee is good, but not my personal favorite(to me the noodle is a little dry). I prefer the one at open air market, where kolomee is served lighter flavour during the day while during the night it will change to oily heavy flavour 油面.. loved both

It pretty rude to kept saying food from other states not good but only Penang one is the best. We will never make such bias statements to put other states down. Every states got their specialty in food and just keep quiet if that not something you like.
