Great looking game and I really like the 'hidden aliens' that you can discover. I hope they release more in the future, pre-ordered this game now on the back of this playthrough. Nice explanation from Stephen (Steven).

This looks so pretty, well put together, thought through and I love how it plays (or appears to ^^) - already preordered at my FLGS and hope it will hit before Christmas ^^ There is this slight disadvantage with Essen hype titles ... the ones from last year I got in February this year :P (also as a physicist having actual facts accurately interwoven into the game is very much appreciated ^^)

What a great playthrough! It actually showed how the game isn't particularly difficult but rather thematic and interconnected. Everything makes sense. Of course it doesn't belong to the mid-light weight game spectrum, but it's surely manageable. Thanks again Paul :)
Wow, I really didn't think much of this game from what little I'd heard, but having seen it I am super impressed with it. Mechanics are really cool, and it's dripping with theme. About the only thematic quibble I have is with the asteroids (real life asteroid belts are so sparse that you can go through them and it's actually more likely that you won't see an asteroid anywhere near you than that you will). But I thought the two alien races we saw were both really cool thematically and mechanically and was especially impressed with the way the time lapse communication was implemented. Will be keeping my eye out for this at Essen.

Great teach. This is looking really appealing! I've been on a CGE kick, gonna be picking up Kutna Hora because of how interactive that is and this game looks like a modern-classic euro. I've been sick of point-salad euro games as of late and its nice to play something where I feel like I'm working towards clear goals (yes this game is about points too but the theme carries the actions and feels like I'm actually researching potential life). Great stuff mate!

I need more friends that are available and want to play heavy(ish) games! I'm getting too old to have enough time to play all the games that I'm interested in at the rate I'm currently able to play them. Something nice :) I like this game very much. I hope it will receive many expansions. Let me give some ideas for expansions: - black hole introduction, - aggressive alien species, - alien technology, - lost space ships, - events, - super nova, - colonization for resources - traveling to other galaxies with hyperdrives - exploring other galaxies (not only scaning) - and many many more :) Paul thank you for covering this one. I believe you did it first out of many content creators. Congratulations :)
Another one for the wishlist! This looks absolutely my jam. The space theme and lots of unique cards to build an engine around gives me Terramorphing Mars vibes, but this looks like it's a bit tighter with card effects. My main gripe with TM is the randomness of the giant deck, and this looks way more balanced. Thanks for the playthrough, Paul!
