President Obama meets with Greg Abbott

President Barack Obama met with a handful of newly elected governors to discuss ways the states and the federal government can work together.

Gov. Abbott is right. Immigration and Nationality falls under Title 8 of the United States Codes (USC). Title 8 is a NON-POSITIVE law title that has not been enacted into a POSITIVE law by the Senate and House of Representatives of the US Congress (See 1 USC 204).
