I have a peavey, 150 guitar amp my dear cousin gave to me, he used to play an Ibanez using peavy amplifier back in his days. I still have it, also I have a Boss- Metal Zone effect pedal.
If you can afford it and stop making 10 years ago I think the guy Marcias bc rich gunslinger the best import guitar ever body. We can afford one check them out and listen to him on TH-cam they are great
It doesn't sound like max gain 6505+ on Suffocations more recent albums. I bet $500 the engineers record a di track and re-amp with more usable settings the instant Terrence isn't looking.

Terrance is the Dimebag of true, brutal death metal.
🤘
Hobbs actually has a fucking tone the fuck you on about.
@Fenando A. you must be deaf
@@MegaMantra yeah and that definitely matters in terms of “being better at guitar”
@@txhellrazor4765 Hobbs is way better at guitar and has an actual guitar tine better band the fuck are you on about ?? Lol
Such an underated guitar player, he's an og of death metal guitar players.
Terrance and John Gallagher of Dying Fetus...going on 4 decades and still slaying harder than ever to this day
Terrance Hobbs is awesome guitarist !!!
Definitely!
My favorite Metal Guitarist of all time here. He set the bar for so many sub styles of playing 😂
Saw them live back in 06…he’s awesome! Been a fan since 1991-1992.
Dang... He thoroughly goes into everything! Amazing.
When I saw him play I remember him playing a natural wood Warlock. Awesome 👍😎👍
Hobbs is a great guitarist and composer. Saw him in a gig. Miss that time before COVID and war.
Peace
Must say I haven't seen Super Distortion used in Death Metal too often.
Imagine Hobbs and Vogg in a band together omg.
Terrence the Legend
This man is pure fucking LEGEND!!!
Oh man, never realized he used such thin strings. I use 0.012-0.060 when I play C standard
I got the same NS2 in my effects loop, with the Maxon OD and the Decimator 2 in front, with the 6505+ also, works rad \m/
Death Metal's Clapton!

Smart guys! And nice gear as well
Glad you think so!
Those "Long Island HALL OF FAME" trophys? 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
T and guy are great
Doesn't he tune down more than one whole step?
I thought he was in C# or something.
He is
That's exactly it. C# - a step and a half.
One guitar is D the other Db
He tuned to C in effigy but live is C#
I have so many questions about souls to deny lol
Such as?
Hey did anyone know if there is a set of strings on the market with the gauge that Hobbs is using on the video?
10 13 17 26 is so thin in C# !!!

Or it’s likely that his studio settings are a lot different from his live sound settings.
