    Good video, thank you for posting. Looks like this bike is exactly what it should be. Nimble for off road/trails/traffic/parking but still capable of travelling at most legal highway speed limits. I think some reviewers have a big problem comparing bikes in the middle weight category. They tend to focus on one or the other extreme rather than looking at the bike as a whole. Sure there are faster bikes on the highway, and there a better bikes on the dirt but they don't compare them as a total package. I think this is why we have such a large gap in middleweight bikes... and then there is the very approachable seat height on the MT. I will definitely be checking this out when it hits dealers in the US. And if nothing else maybe it will encourage other manufacturers to enter back into the lower side of the middleweight bike class again.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I thank you for your comment!
      MT450 is the best middle displacement adv in China by far, and giving my modest experience I can’t claim that it would be the best small to middle adv bikes overall, but the more I ride it the more I fall in love with it! It’s literally perfect for everything I like to do on a motorcycle, and a few days ago I started to learn wheelies, and it’s so nice for that! One more thing to say is that it doesn’t feel like small displacement bike, it feels quite powerful and super fun, especially in a city like mine. I can’t wait to see what you will have to say once it’s available in US!

    Those inconsistent top speeds could be caused by traction control intervening. Also, that highway performance could be due to the dual sport tires. Road tires might make it perform better on the highway.

    I'm truly impressed by the acceleration, though it comes with a common trade-off among torquey adventure bikes-limited top-end speed. Yet, such a choice is inevitable. Initially, I was inclined to express disappointment over the top speed, but then I had an epiphany: if exceeding 130 kph on my adventure bike means sacrificing the enjoyment of the scenic journey, perhaps it's time to reconsider my priorities in life.

    • @eddywave3315

      I will say that mt450 is a great bike for pretty much everything! It’s not the fastest motorcycle obviously, but the amount of joy you have with it is amazing. You can still make it better for high speed by changing the front fender, and the windshield, but I mostly ride in a city, and I can’t get enough, and the price of mt450 in China is 4400$. I don't know if this is true, but an offroad fender (higher and a little bit wider) may make your bike feel weird on big wind, just like a dual sport helmet, the wind will blow your head off to the side or upper. 450mt he drove is using offroad fender, maybe it's the reason he feel weird at the front of the bike.

    I asked before if the front brake is still squeaky? Is it now?
    I think I understand this is your bike! Congratulations ⭐️
    Perhaps a steering dampener will resolve the front handle bar lightness? Will the touring windshield help with buffeting?
    Thanks 🇺🇦🤙

      The noise went away over time, after the first rain it went away, but when everything dried up it came back) but after the first week it went away for good) I didn’t do anything to it.
      When you ride 100km/h the rpm is a bit less than 6000, at 120 it’s at 7000rpm which is good.
      Yeah steering damper will help I think, but I don’t ride that fast usually, so I don’t think I need one.
      This is not my bike, I rented it for a month, I paid 3600 rnb wich is around 500$ (in case you needed that)
      I think a bigger windshield is a must have for a highway, but I just ride in a city, so it’s fine for my case.

    1) Why is the reason you feel the handle bars feeling loose at high speed? Is that related to the chassis? Suspension adjustment? The size of the wheel 21 inches and or width?
    2) Do you think by re mapping the engine/ECU? the engine can gain on power to accelerate and or reach higher speeds, and or even eliminate some vibrations at higher speed?

      I think the reason why it felt so is the very light weight of the front end, and definitely coz I had an off road front fender! You can change it and it should be much better, other factors such as a front wheel could have add up to it as well

    Nice review bro, very usefull. I am choosing between Tenere 700 and this bike and highly possible that I'll buy 450MT because of x2 better price :D

    • @RevansNightmare
      @RevansNightmare 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you’re riding off road then the mt450 will be fine. However, if you’re riding in the interstate at all, I would recommend a bigger bike like the Transalp XL750. The wind on lighter bikes isn’t your friend.

      @eddywave3315  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I love Tenere 700, my friend had one from 1993 and it’s almost as good as a new bike even now! But the price difference is enormous!!! In China for example my450 is 4400$ and Tenere 700 is 14000$+ taxes

    It puts out similar power & torque to a Kawasaki KLR650 so it should cruise ar 100-120 resonably comfortably

      @eddywave3315  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      100-120 is no problem, but if you go up the hill 130 might be a problem, I’ve checked the top speed once again yesterday, will upload it soon, you can see the 0-top speed acceleration, and how it feels🤜🤛

    Very great video and i dont care for the highway speed anyway and in Norway the highest speed aloved is 110 km/h anyway and i like drive around 90-100 km/h with my car on the highway so i guess i dont buy this mc anyway to drive on any highway so it wil be small roads with speed limit max 80 km/h and less so some offroad wil be done too and i think this is the perfeckt bike for that.
    And the good thing it is small and nible and don't weight a ton anly 190 kg wet so it is good.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Exactly! It’s a perfect bike for pretty much everything but fast speed highways. Likewise I’m riding in the city, and it’s the perfect bike for the job! Can’t get enough! I recommend you to try one out when you get a chance 🤜🤛 Shout out to Norway ✊

    I feel like all CFMoto bikes have that issue. From a stop having issues getting it into 1st gear from 2nd or even neutral from 1st gear. My fiancée has a Papio and I ran into that issue often. Kind of annoying.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Actually the new CFmotos don’t have this problem on average, that was the first time, but some other Chinese motorcycles have that problem, which is indeed very annoying
