    FINALLY! I've been waiting for a decent convolution reverb pedal for years

    These are some incredibly specific reverb effects! Never knew a bike tyre could sound so good! 😂
    Great demo as always, mate!

      Thanks so much, as always 😃
      The stereo tremolo really brought that bike tire to life.

    Interesting. I guess it makes sense to profile actual rooms for reverb.

    Tasty chips electronics also build the integral dual convolver stompbox which allows you to run 2 ir reverbs( and not only) simultaneously.

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  ปีที่แล้ว

      That sounds interesting

      @DoNoise It's very good. A new firmware is currently being developed which should be available soon.

    Bloodborne and Zelda reverbs...I love it!

    What specific TRS cable would I need to turn this into a stereo option for plug-in style track use?

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Any 1/4” TRS cable should work but I’m not sure what you mean by plugin style track use. If you need 100% wet this won’t do it.

    Im trying to upload my custom IR just like you did, but I found they lack volume even at max mix levels, is it too much to ask for your reverbs folder used in this demo? or advice to make mi IR louder, im using logic 48k 24bit audio btw

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m not sure if I’m allowed to distribute these but I will be making custom reverb IRs soon, hopefully.
      I also found that the volume was too low for most IRs and I just boosted them in my DAW before loading them on the pedal.

    It’s interesting but is it only mono? We’re missing a big part of the fun if so.

    • @wintermute101
      @wintermute101 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s TRS stereo

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It is stereo in/out but you have to connect stereo in to get stereo out.

    Super envious you got your hands on one of these. Can it go full wet?

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No it doesn’t unfortunately. Mix only adjusts the reverb level. It is analog dry through and the dry signal level stays the same at all times.

      Check out the tasty chips integral. It can go full wet, has dual convolvers as well as a bunch of other features this pedal can’t touch.

  • @masterofreality230

    I am a bit curious how you are lifting reverbs from other pedals. Do you just run the sweep signal through the reverb and make a .wav? Idk, never made an IR.

    • @DoNoise
      @DoNoise  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      In this case I just used the IRs on the Shift Line website but you can create your own IRs by recording something like a noise hit, clap, balloon pop etc. through the pedal you want to capture.

    • @chiefbucknell
      @chiefbucknell ปีที่แล้ว

      Yay! Very impressive and adventurous demo! The Dial-up modem IR leads to sounds like those from Lossy by Chase Bliss & Goodhertz 😄

      @@DoNoise Oh ok, I have an older A+ Astronaut, I didnt know they made one that used irs. The pedal in this video seems like a pretty cool device.
