Now make sure the Fiji Navy doesn't put this one on a reef like the last one which was brand new look after the Australian tax payer we love our friends in Fiji.

"Patrol Vessels" rather than weapons of war, which may raise the hackles of neighbouring countries who may see Australia as "gun runners".Whilst alllowing others, security and protection of sovereignity, and maintaining diplomatic sensitivity

Still no sign of Australian navy ships HMAS Arafura or HMAS Eyre, missing without action?Australia can fund everyone else's military but no our own, or so it appears

Do we really want to find them ? They are big fat slow and woefully under gunned. If you look at comparable patrol boats all over the world, even much smaller vessels and they ALL have more defensive and offensive capability. For some reason the ADF is against ships that can shoot.

    Slow and absolutely no armament.

Patrol boats are lightly armed and bloody useless how about getting our Hunter Class up and running and our eleven surface frigates instead of procrastinating and not concentrating on this type of rubbish. I watch these boats trialling in Cockburn Sound I'm not impressed.
