And the alarms? Or lack of any. And the road blocks? What a clown car.
Its called DENIAL...stonewalling....passing the buck...
Mayor Bissen was the delay, where was he and why didnt he take over when Andaya wasnt there? On Hawaii island Mayor Harry Kim would step in during disasters to help out. So where was Mayor Bissen?
Because the mayor may not be qualified to do Andayas' job.
@@LonnieBrewer-dd4wi ohhh, I see, thanks for confirming that the Mayor was not fit for his multi duty job.
@@Josephine-sm2db It was the voter's who elected Bissen, he was the better candidate than the other one's running.
@@LonnieBrewer-dd4wi he took the oath of office as Mayor and accepted all the responsibilities of that office.
@@Josephine-sm2db I know that but you can't predict a situation like that. The investigation is still ongoing, more will come out.
Cover up.
No it's not..
@@LonnieBrewer-dd4wi Many Lahaina fire victims literally said that cops were blocking them in the path of the fire yet AG said first responders did nothing wrong.
Bisson said he didnt even know where he was on that day and that he never know nothing. SMDH You believe that answer, really????
You the type of person that allows this type of corruption to happen all the while still voting in the same people that let this happen and you wonder why so much corruption and crimes in the islands. SMDH LOL
Definitely a cover up. I mean look at the police chief hiring a 9/11 expert so he can cover up the forensic evidence by calling it debris and since when was 9/11 a natural disaster in the first place?
Yes, cover up all the way around
@@Josephine-sm2db And how is it, please enlighten us.
Bissen said declaring an emergency was not necessary at the time of the fire. State officials tried to reach him asking if he was in the emergency operation center. They were told no. He didn't sign the emergency order until after Maui had burnt down. Per Attorney general of Hawaii .
He needs to resign and his daughter from Helco.
Soulless dead-eye mayor gotta get back to deflection and defense mode.
RESIGN NOW
That will accomplish nothing..
@@LonnieBrewer-dd4wi oh yes it will, it will clean the County of incompetents who no can handle the HEAT
It will get rid of incompetence and people who no can handle.
@@Josephine-sm2db And who or whom will take there place.
@@LonnieBrewer-dd4wi he needs to step down, got enough competent folks to take his place
Look at the report cover. This report is sponsored by "Underwriters Laboratories", that's the UL with the circle. HECO routinely uses UL and FSRI for certifying their equipment or for other safety services. Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI) is also on the report cover, bottom left red circle with a torch. FSRI operates under the umbrella of UL's nonprofit organizational structure. The sponsorship of this critical investigative report by organizations that have business relationships with HECO could lead to concerns about the objectivity and credibility of the findings. This is HEWA!
