I'm a user of the Luxx Control Air and have really been enjoying the paddle,. Although I have noticed a dramatic drop in spin potential since I've been using this paddle for about a year. I'm gonna invest in a new paddle this upcoming holiday season and hope to see some comparison videos for the Luxx vs. the Vanguard Pro. before I make my decision on which paddle to go for. Any insights in this area would be helpful, thanks...
I think we are in the middle of big changes to be defined in terms of paddle materials and designs. Gen 3 to come (yes or no), titanium, kevlar. I have to change my paddle, but I'm going to wait for it to define a little
Demo'ed the Invikta Pro model today. Lots of spin and control. Could use a little more pop but some lead tape would help. Overall a solid paddle. Still like my CRBN 1X more though.
I would say a bit less than the 18k , the 18k has a more muted feeling to it and is a great paddle for sure. We have codes for diadem as well and love the brand. They have a new one coming out next month.
Selkirk can't iterate as fast because all of their high-end paddles are made here in the US. They have to do all of their own R&D plus build out the manufacturing process.

Luxx has more control less pop and less spin, pro is a bit stiffer paddle but will settle in and start to flex some after it’s broken in.

Definitely not as poppy as the 1 x but it’s not a fair comparison because of the body shape difference , more control and touch than the 1x for sure.
Ive heard this paddle breaks in amd feels nice and soft
Do you know the swingweight and twist?
No unfortunately I don’t have the equipment but would put it very close to the vanguard control
I believe the 006 is thermoformed, therefore it would not be considered Gen 1
You are correct I thought we took that section out because I restated it later. Good catch thanks for that.
Better dwell time than Edge 18k?

@@theonlybaldie I’m an ambassador for both companies. Just waiting for my Vanguard Pro to ship to me… thanks

Actually, they are made in China, and "assembled" in the USA... meaning they just put the grip on in America. lol
Another review no swingweight or twistweight ? 🤷
Sorry this is an early release you will have to wait until some of the other reviewers test them. I don’t have the equipment to do it.
Selkirk a year behind with the technology as usual
