My wife and I are probably days away from having our first kids. Boy and girl twins. Made the decision a little over 2 months ago to give Mtntough a go and get physically, and primarily, mentally as ready as possible, and do more hard things. They totally are kicking my ass, but the programs are great. Also did the first Mtn mindset series, which is amazing and super digestible.
After seeing mikes interactions with his kids while he was showing the e bike. Ill listen to all his advice. Even though i have a kid his age. Any man who acts like that with his children is solid.
I think the reason for such low views is there is a major disconnect between these high level athletic guys and the average person. The average person has no way to connect to just the beginning of any of this topic.
@Steadydagger I think you might have missed my point, the amount of views for Mike is very low, which tells me those that your referring to as newbies are not even attempting to watch this video. Buy hey to each there own
I see what you’re saying. I think that’s more the TH-cam algorithm being less favorable to his content. And society pushing “body positivity” and a bunch of other self destructive narratives. But I could be wrong. It’s up to us to spread the word and stand up for these better principles.
