    I was tempted to buy these for my at risk spouse, I thought the website to purchase was a little odd looking (at one point they had a "tip" $ amount area to thank the company for shipping it... huh??) and my scammy senses gave it an eyebrow raise. So glad I didn't buy them! Good video!

    So glad I watched this particular video as I considered buying these masks, so I can shelve that thought.

    Love this video. Super entertaining and informative. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge about mask production and requirements and for literally putting masks on the market to the test!

    I was going to buy some of these tonight, but thought I would check with Lloyd's videos first!

    That was very interesting....and informative. I learned things I didn't know about masks and what should be on them. But the snapping headbands was hilarious. I almost ordered these a couple of months ago but then I found the Armrest line and ordered from there. So glad I did!

    Thanks for testing these! I was curious about them because of all the marketing. Though I'll stick to masks that meet American and Korean standards anyway because they are regulated. It's another data point for informing others. The referral systems for questionable KNs lead to many articles that make them seem legit, while there's usually no data to back them up. What's extra questionable is that decent KNs are 9 cents in bulk with customization options, so they are using crappy sourcing to I dunno, save a penny.

    Thanks for the review - shocking that such an expensive mask would break so easily.

    I have learned SO much about masks (and in SUCH an entertaining way I might add😊) from your channel! THANK YOU Lloyd for doing these independent tests. We want to be safe. I don't mind paying a little more IF it's good. But...NOT for garbage! All the best to you!!

    I have tried 4 styles of your masks. 3 I like-one doesn’t fit at all. I would love to win and try them all. I work in a hospital every day and have to supply my own masks. I love that you are an American company!

    Goes to show how easy it is to pick style over function when we don't have access to testing.

    Some time. Between 21 and 22 maskC quality went down significantly. I had been wearing their surgicals tied and tucked and then got a pack with no nose wires.
    The secret with them was only by when they were on 50% or 60% or 70% off. There were some wonderful patterns. But something changed in their manufacturing.

    Thanks so very much for enlightening me about these type of masks.. I think it's great that you're actually putting a lot of these types of masks to the test...!!! Steve

    I received some of these masks yesterday & found that they have added the most recent executive standard to their masks, but they still don’t include manufacturer name. 🤔

    What do you think of the Posh KF94 from BeHealthy, or the MasklabUS KF series, as far as quality "fashion" masks? (They're my favorites after the BLUNA Face Fit.) I didn't see them on your list. (Aside from the KIDS Posh.)

    • @ArmbrustUSA
      @ArmbrustUSA  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Are you talking about themasklab.in? If so they tested ok...but the marketing claims on their website are next level wrong. They're slapping the words N95 all over their stuff willy nilly which is a major no no.

    • @TheDocTats
      @TheDocTats 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Different Masklabs...the one she's talking about is based in Hong Kong and makes surgical masks as well as KF style FFP2 rated masks.

    Hmmm - just goes to show that function over "fashion" is the way to go for safety! The color choices and celebrity endorsements send a false message. Thanks for a great review! :o)

      We’ll said. Unfortunately these companies only care about money and the not quality of the product there selling.

    I liked how informative the review was. I learned a lot. While you strove to be clinical in your review, there was a whiff of judgement. Maybe it was supposed to. I don't know. But, I'll be curious to see if there are reviews of competitors are more positive. If they are all negative, after a while, it will lose some credibility. But overall, I liked the approach.

    What a lack of surprise, promoted on instagram and by big name celebrities while being overpriced. Pretty easy to tell where the extra money is going.

    Amazon has become so overrun with fakes and gray market items I have become hesitant to buy masks directly from Amazon. (I still have taken a chance a couple of times.) Amazon needs to get its counterfeiting problem under control.

    Any chance of a review of the Kaze origins masks, which are also colourful and being worn by celebrities but with legit looking tests referenced on their website?

    This is one of the reasons I prefer plain, boring white FFP2/KN95 masks over colored ones or ones with a huge logo. Much more likely to be made by a serious company for use in hospitals, not for consumers by some random opportunist company.

    • @ArmbrustUSA

      Don't know if these ever qualified under EUA, since they've always been a fashion focused brand. Rumored to be owned by a yoga clothing brand...look good...would not wear.
