Thank you guys. I was born in Roxas, but grew up in Iloilo. Every year I come back to visit both places since my family and precious roots are so deeply rooted in these two beautiful places. I appreciate you taking your time to show the world how amazing these places are. 😊

Am from Roxas and thank you for considering buying your house in that area. If it is close to Baybay, you have a great spot. Check San Antonio Subd as well. More upscale and expensive. Good to have options and compare.

Great video. Interesting for me for sure. I would personally…if I bought a lot… not build right at a property line so that the neighbours could build off of the wall. Sound transfer🤣. Not good. I’d probably max out the size of house I could build on the land but I’d have an area around each of the 4 walls so no one could build off of my wall… basically a perimeter around the house
    Thanks

When I was in the Philippines I seriously considered to buy a property but at the time I was told that as a foreign national you can’t really buy property in your own name. Another option was to buy a piece of land and own it for the length of 99 years. What is the situation right now, how does a foreign person independently and lawfully require land?

    • @ThatPhilippinesLife

@@wavemaker2077 Then you're the idiot that bought the house without checking the title and deed. That's why there's agents who will represent you to make sure you know what you're buying. My point being in the Philippines they say alot of redundant things. Another example: instead of saying full bathroom they'll say toilet and bath. There's a half bath, aka powder room where's there no shower. But there's no such thing as just a bathroom with only a shower.
