I just tried many different mushrooms on a single dish. I have to say enokis stood out the most. Very delicious and beautiful mushroom indeed.
This mushroom naturally grown in my farm(Tamilnadu - India)during rainy season until few years ago. We dont even miss one mushroom .Now because of pesticides its not growing. Pesticides and Insecticides destroyed all natural one's.I thought its specific to my region. On seeing this video I came to know it's worth

Один раз попадались в продаже такие грибы, обалденно вкусные и жаренные и в супе. Вкуснее выращиваемых шампиньонов и вешенок. Опята выращенные в кромешней темноте, поэтому такие белые, тонкие и длинные с маленькими шляпками.

I love those mushrooms. We use them in our soups from time to time and they don't mush out like Meadow Mushrooms and keep their bite even in soup, almost like a crunch.

@@bellavampire2996 boil it in water or broth for 3 seconds. It's more like salad that just need to kill the germs on surface. Long cooking would make the texture hard to chew.

It's a very common ingredient in East Asian cuisines and it tastes great with beef slice and sweet soy sauce.

Кажысь это фламмулина (зимний опёнок). Я такие собираю, так сказать в диком виде. Как по мне, вкусный гриб.
Нет это не фламулина,она желто рыжего цвета с черной ножкой ,пробовал как то раз на понравилось.А вот нашел полено американского клёна с вешенкой,она полузасохшая была. Отмочил полено в воде и занес её в емкость где есть всегда влага. И сразу вешенка рванула в росте.Вчерась попробовал первых три грибка ,очень вкусно. Буду учится вырашивать грибы.А вообще то на американском клёне никогда никаких грибов не растёт вот это первый раз заметил. Дерево это считается сорным и ни на что не годится.
