Yunnan people look forward to the rainy season, because where there is rain, there is food and wild mushrooms. What we expect are not only all sorts of delicacies, but also living expenses for the year. Matsutake mushrooms are precious and rare, and going into the mountains to pick matsutake mushrooms is something we love and hate to do every year. We love it because of the fulfillment and happiness that comes with finding them. We hate it because of the hard work of crossing mountains and the torture of being exposed to the sun and rain. But the freshness and preciousness of a single matsutake mushroom makes it all worth the effort.

I hope you are well. If you do not mind me sharing; a well-planned, organic and unrefined plant-based diet (consuming edible raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please try planting some steamed carrots and see if they will grow; if they fail to, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot fully nourish one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. You could easily make a guide on the different mushrooms that are safe to eat with a picture of it and it's name in the different languages of everyone who follows you and your channel. You could also include all of the different plants, herbs and spices, roots, leaves, bark, that you gather, preserve, pickle, dry for use later and what you include in your daily meals. You could even include how you use each one and how to make it last until the next time you can harvest more.
