Hey mate. Great comparison video. Whifbitz should thank you for this! As expected the titanium sounds a little raspier while the stainless a bit deeper. I have the milltek system as I prefer a deeper tone but the weight of that titanium one has always appealed!
Thank you for the comment. Hopefully Whifbitz will see this video on their socials and appreciate it. Yeah you can hear a difference in tone, was expecting it to be really loud, but not much difference in volume. The weight is mad though!
ive got the Whitbitz system and OPF delete, its pretty loud! First thing I did was fit the red powerflex exhaust rubbers though as the standard ones are very soft and lots of people have had exhausts drop off at the rear.
Yeah I seen a few people loose the rear section on the rubbers. Ive not had any issue with mine but it is something I am keeping an eye on for a future mod!
Thanks for the video. I think the Titanium not only looks better, it also sounds better. The difference isn't particularly big, but it's somehow more pleasant. I can only recommend Quickjack for working under your car, it's really easy to use at home and not that expensive. But there is one thing I find particularly funny. I noticed for the first time that your assistant has to hold something here and there. It's the same with me. My Mrs. ‘assistant’ is always there too. Good to know that it´s everywhere the same.
Yeah I have seen the quick jacks and would love to try them. I do wonder how they would be as my drive isn't very flat. But it would be nice to have a solution like that for working on the car! With the bulkiness of the system I had to outsource some help to just guide and take some of the weight. She wasn't impressed that I had brought more car parts!
Great video mate and one of the best comparisons for both systems I’ve seen. Thank you for taking the time to do it as I’ve got a titanium one and I wondered what it would sound like against the stainless, for me I prefer it and it’s 6kg lighter. Just on a side note (tell me to p off if you want lol )but noticed all the rust starting. I’ve lanoguarded my GR and it’s kept it like new underneath. It’s £75 ish for the kit and a few hours work but it will protect and transform your underneath.
