In today's video, I'm building a huge base game only family home that has a treehouse in the world of Newcrest!

My current household is living in your Huge base game family home in Newcrest. It’s such a great house, I’ve decorated it since they all ages up with a bit of CC and modernised it and made it open plan but it’s such a great house to play with!! If I fancy moving I might have to move into this one. I’ll probably plop it down next door and create a household to move into and switch between the two. I can have the children be best friends and the parents too! Your builds are incredible. It’s very rare I keep the interiors of houses and I kept yours the same downstairs from toddlerhood to teenhood and I didn’t touch anything other than building a greenhouse in the back corner.
I adore the family you’ve created I will probably use your idea to make my game fun, they sound ace!
But yea if anybody is reading these I 100% would recommend playing with their houses, especially base game for family gameplay. They’re just perfect and so easy to adapt to your liking and add what you need, that’s if it’s not already included
Not long ago I did a similar thing with two of my own houses 😅 placed the down next to each other in newcrest and then the parents were best friends and the kids were too it’s such cute gameplay 🥰

we should do a community challenge where in the final pictures of the build we have to find how many tissue boxes jessica uses because i swear she uses so many and whoever gets closest gets like a prize like maybe a shout out or a build idea they can choose cuz that would be so cool!

Is this on the sims 4 gallery? I have a perfect family that I'm currently playing that would fit this house. The mum is an artist (level 10 in cooking and painting) and the dad is an athlete. They have 1 teenage son, 1 child girl and a toddler boy. I love this house so much and would be perfect to fit this family🤍

I know life can be busy and it’s hard work but would you ever consider a second channel? A Channel for actual sim play, from your builds I can tell your sims are gorgeous and it would be interesting to see how you play with your builds! This is just a suggestion and by no means necessary am I telling you that you have to do it :)

Update: I’ve plopped the house down, I’m now gonna create the sims to move in. Ive updated the kitchen as I do as soon as I move in. I always pretend they give the kitchen a modern update with sliding glass doors and then the rest I will renovate as I play with them

I love the builds they are beautiful, but I hate the ending music it does not create relaxing athmosphere, more like alien or underwater athmosphere for me. So if possible maybe change the music sometimes? And other thing you could separate the parts of the speed build in the time line. Since I am the kind of watcher who is rarely watching the whole thing. My personal opinions.

Anyone else have a problem with when you clutter up a desk, the computer no longer becomes functional?
Yes! It has been a problem in the game for the longest time, in my experience it’s not only when you clutter them up, you can have nothing on the desk and it will still cause issues!! The way I’m playing around it atm is getting a sim to sit on the desk chair first, then click the computer and it should work that way!

When you have been playing TS4 for more than a year now and still dont know how to build shit: *searchs up no cc build * (cause sims 4 lags like absolute shit)
