Recipe and ingredients:

0:01 - 2 boneless chicken legs
0:53 - ½ cup corn starch
1:15 - Cooking oil
1:44 - 2 cloves garlic
2:14 - 5 slices of Ginger
2:27 - Spring onion
3:26 - 4 tablespoons of hoisin sauce

This looks great ! I will try it soon. I live in the southwest USA and my personal favorite is fried chicken or baked chicken breast filled and topped with Asiago and Provolone cheese and asparagus. Baked 20 minutes at 350. Thanks for the time to post and film this recipe.
