I got my new cb3200. It comes on a medium sized forklift pallet. Building it is easy. The machine head is heavy. 1 big strong man can pick it up, barely. Use 2 or more men. Figuring out how to set the motor speed requires a little patience. I accidentally reversed the rotational direction. It's easy once you figure out the button pushing sequences. I had this machine setup with heavy #346 thread. It runs perfectly. The machine is a beast. It powers through the heaviest materials. 8 layers of seat belt strap, too easy. 10 layers of #1-30 oz canvas, like butter. Leather, vinyl, pvc coated nylon web strap, 1000 denier cordura, hot glue gun laminated seams, all a non issue. Keep it lubed and clean and it works very predictably. Get some!

Hey Billy. I got my cb3200 today, it’s all assembled. For some reason my top string is shredding and breaking and I can’t figure out what’s going on?? I haven’t adjusted anything, but my string is rubbing on something and shredding. Any suggestions?

I did worry about what I would do if I had an issue but all this time later no issues. It is rock solid.
