Late to commenting on this but the list of stuff I have for building mine is a little bit different as far as the door. I decided that since I want to be able to see inside fully I'm using some 18"x24" sheets of 0.093" acrylic for the doors and they'll be on hinges so they open like cabinets

When do you need a centerbracing vs not needing one? Im about to build a 3 x 1.5 x 2, and then later on a 5 x 1.5 x 2.5, just wondering if ill need bracings for those; rather have one open screen in the front rather than a brace in the middle if possible
    Great vid, thanks!

MY ANIMAL HOUSE thanks so much for the reply! One more Q if that’s alright...
What’s the different between going this route and just screwing some 5-6 sheets of wood together to make a box?
I’m guessing this is much much sturdier and can hold its own weight, but would half inch sheets of wood screwed together fall apart if it was lifted with a fully stocked enclosure?

@@MYANIMALHOUSE lol. Point taken. I'm a ball guy, and humidity is always an issue. Hate screen. Pvc lasts longer, is lighter, easier to clean, but ya, def costs more. But you're more handy than me, buy 4*8 pvc sheets and make the same thing. Probably not necessary for a beardie but def not my area. U can get cheap plexiglass for the doors. I'm older now and disabled. I want light enclosures I can pick up with one hand and wash with a hose. That's said big props for giving ur little buddy a good size enclosure!! At the beginning I can hear you just fine but when you start working I cannot hear you, if I turn it up to hear you the power tools and clanking of your speed square and other tools is ear piercing. So what ever measurements or tips your trying to give are lost. You can dislike my videos all you like it’s not going to fix your audio problem.
