Snow White is set in Medieval Germany. Germany has been a Democracy since the end of WWI. (except for that brief time in the 30s and 40s) Therefore, in a “modern” Snow White, there would be no princesses or queens at all. So she’s out.

I keep saying these things over and over about how we need to balance all these dualities - blending history w/ modernity. Most ppl are only binary thinkers so this is a major issue that needs to be rectified for sure. We have too much focus on PC behavior and Marxist/ woke indoctrination going on. We need more actors like Ortega to be bold enough to call out the major hypocrisy that goes on in the film industry. I hope she keeps speaking up. More actors need to be like this - independent thinkers who can call out the BS!

which american system? was she from a native american reserve? did she come from a black neighborhood? maybe a trailer park? she is a latina american, while its not the same as living in other latin countries, it is different from being white american, black american or native american, or asian american etc etc.
@@stanboyd1 What OP is saying is that she is an American. Period. For as much as people want to try and be more unique in the American culture one thing remains: the Murrican entitlement and lack of true struggles and connection to the culture they claim to be from. Native Americans are the one true exception to this general rule, though even they have their limits.
American has a wierd obsesion with someone's race/origin. Maybe because of the fact that they are all descendants of immigrants and don't technically belong in America, but they put way too much stock in what "race" someone is and where that race originally comes from. They seem to believe that if you are descendants of irish people, then you yourself is irish even if you have never been to Ireland. I don't know why.
In most other countries, this only works because those countries are not originally multi-racial so people of another race are generally immigrants or descendants of immigrants. But America is a country built by immigrants, everyone are immigrants or descendants of them, aside fom the Natives. Everyone have another country of origin that their ancestors come from.
