"Reading Between the Lines"

Judith Roberts and Kerry Handwerk exhibited a rich variety of artworks including including works on boards and canvases; books and scrolls; fabric wall hangings; vessels and boxes. In scale, the works range from a tiny book, only 0.5cm square, to wall hangings of 150cm by 50cm.
Media and processes have been combined in innovative ways, notably Kerry's use of lettering, encaustic wax and carving. Both artists make use of leaves and leaf prints in their work, as they explore their theme both literally and metaphorically.
