I personally find the dark universe exciting. And would like to see more. Would love to see a truly dark justice league. I know others find it cliche but its a guilty pleasure of mine. Especially when the writers are able to make the heroes struggle relatable to the reader.

This is possibly the greatest example of the ‘Butterfly Effect’. The Batman Who Laughs is basically a twisted version of Bruce creating more alternate universes where Batman turned insane. All it took was for one mugger to kill the wrong parents of a kid for the entire multiverse to be at risk in the future. Imagine if the same mugger couldn’t kill the Wayne family because he slept another hour extra or something. The Dark Knights comic is an amazing story, I cannot wait to see how it all ends

Dark Knights Metal is the best DC event in a long, long time. They absolutely have to make a live action movie out of this and have all of the live action Batman actors play different Dark Knights.
