My headcanon is that Ayako and Tatsuo are siblings and Juwon is her penpal. They met at a Decora forum online and she invited him to visit her in Japan, where her brooding and edgy brother became smitten as a kitten at first sight. And Ayako (being the world bestest sister and shipper) made sure that befor Juwon goes back to USA these two become a couple. Sweet and akward shenanigans included!

Well, are we sure it's completely the company's fault? The darker skinned ones could've sold less so they stopped making them for that reason. Why waste resources when the lighter skinned doll of the same design sells more?

Yeah, usually when a doll line gets a dark skinned release, those dolls become scarce pretty fast. There are plenty of dark-skinned children that love to be represented that don't get it nearly as much as they need.

I'm pretty sure that the hair clips are supposed to be usable for both the dolls' hair and the customers' hair, and I personally think some of the clips look fun and appealing.

Have you heard of the Project Mc2 dolls? They're pretty good quality and I think they're 15 dollars. It's been a while since I've gotten one so I'm not sure if they sell them in stores very much but they are sold online. They're just pretty and are pretty articulate dolls so I think they'd be good for customizing

I’m getting into doll customizing at the end of this week and I’m _super_ excited for it! We found some articulated dolls online and my mom said we can go shopping for supplies when she gets paid at the end of this week. I’m super excited! I believe I know enough about doll customizing to finally be able to customize my own doll. Have I mentioned that I’m *_excited??_*

It's so funny how I used to think all dolls looked super tacky or badly made, but after I fell in love with you channel and customs I learned to admire and appreciate the thought and style put into mass produced dolls. Although customs are a lot more detailed and beautiful, there's something really nice about the original dolls too!

that Yoko doll just speaks to me, if I had her I would totally keep her as is! yet again, these Shiba girls are so customizable, but I couldn’t trust myself to do them justice.

I think that with the discontinuation of the monster high dolls, this is one of the lines that could possibly take their place im the doll custom community (apart from bjd dolls) because they're pretty much the only ones I've seen that actually have a nice and cute proportion (i really like the fact that they're taller than mh dolls) and they also have a wider range of motion than most fashion dolls on the market, it's just a shame that the joints are so fragile though. Also thank you so much for pointing out the lack of diversity in this line, i barely see other people talk about this issue, and it was one of the best things that mh had, each individual doll had it's own characteristics and molding. Will we ever have a doll line just as good? Hahahaha
Also, it doesn't matter that you were "late" in reviewing them, you're always fun to watch and point out a lot of aspects that most reviewers look over!
