They V2 refined the way the flange (the end plates) connect to the pipe to get better flow. They also added the "VRSF" logo, I believe. They may be a slightly different exterior finish than the originals. They apparently bent them a little different to get better clearance as well. In reality, it's just a pipe, lol. If you can get V1 or V2, it's probably good, and you won't notice any hp gains that you can feel (unless you're massively built and hitting extreme boost, maybe). The only thing that may be questionable is if you find a second hand V1 and it had bad quality control and didn't line up. I've heard of that happening in various brands. So, it may be best to just pickup the V2 new.
