I have two of these, one medium and one small. I use them with my prolific painter palettes. I mounted magnets to the back of both, with corresponding magnets on the inside of my palettes. It works perfectly to keep the boxes in place, but still allow me to easily take them out and store them in the refrigerator.
I got both sizes, thanks for pointing out that it moves some so I tried using two bits of kneaded eraser to stick to my palette. Haven't tried it outdoors yet but hopefully it will work!
I was using pillboxes, which they make quite large ones. Pretty much the same concept as this. But if they get too clogged up, they only cost a dollar, you can get them in a box of six or eight strips just like that, I don’t feel sick bad if I have to throw them out. But I did order this art box that you have there. Several months back. I have not had a chance to use it yet, so I’m glad to see your review on it. She makes two sizes. I think I got the size that you have there. So I’m about to watch your video. I had another style that someone else created years ago. That slides inside a tube. Why I didn’t like that though was because it can spill out of the tube. And the paints touch each other. So I thought this might be a better concept.
unfortunately, the clove oil is not going to fully protect your oil from oxidation if the oil is not refrigerated. My e for one or two days, but if you are not painting back in 3-4 days, you have to refrigerate it.

I'm glad you found a product that wasn't throw-away, which we know just goes into a landfill or ocean.
Nancy great work, do make a large please!
I own several of them for each of my Pochade boxes
Great product but don't use too much clove oil because it reacts with the plastic.
Hi, wondering if it is necessary to put in the fridge bc the clove oil is supposed to keep paints from drying out? thanks 🙂
