Sorry it's just City trying to get out of cheating,should just a set amount of money being allowed to be able to fund squads by what they have via what they get through ticket sales/ money spent in the grounds with food/ drinks and the likes,sponsors are fine just to put it on shirts but not to fund ruining the league they play in for others to survive as a team
