The video editor is only on the PC version of GTA 4. No you can't, however at your own risk, you may download a file to mod the miniguns on the helicopter to fire rockets. I'll put the link in the description.
@MrChocolatethunder12 If you have bodyguards with you they can get in the gunner seat, BUT you're still the one who control the guns... They'll fire their own guns from there though :-P
First you have to have a good enough computer to run GTA 4, and then you have to have a good enough knowledge of computers to put the model of the UH-1Y in the place of the Annihilator.

The UH-60 is a utility helo, but even so, it can support 2 hydra rockets on each side or 8 Hellfire missles.

In the video, the Bell UH-1Y is the Annihilator. And the other helicopter that you see, a Blackhawk mod, is actually the Polmav. Got it?
