The only suggestion I'd give to newbies when applying the glue is to use a thin layer. Use just enough to partially saturate the weft's surface. Wait a few seconds until it's tacky but not runny. Test in advance by putting the nozzle on a plastic or glass surface. Squeeze out a thin layer, like you're use a marker. The glue will be gray. When the color changes almost to black, that's when it's ready to check for tackiness. This will give you an Idea of how the glue should look before it's applied. If it's right out the bottle wet, it can squish onto your scalp and roots; that's never good. I press the weft down with a dark colored cloth, to pick up any additional glue that might squish out. The thinnest layer of glue is the easiest to remove.

Thank you for sharing! I’m going to try this for the first time. I just ordered the glue off Amazon. Thank goodness you had this video. I was asking around to see if anyone knew how to do cornrows. Now I don’t have to worry about that. Who knew that taking out glue is so easy. You’re awesome for sharing. Much love!
I’m going to be doing my hair in the next couple of days and you are definitely making me want to do it old school...! ❤️❤️❤️
No words! Everything about this video makes me happy! Hair, method, price! Thanks sis!
Girl my aunt use to do my hair like this for me all the time in high school 🙌🏽
This is my favourite vids of internet
See how her hair looks natural in real? This is why you have to be careful with some of these Other youtube folks who claim their hair is natural and long, she just showed us without trying to show us🤣 that’s why I love her because she keeps it 💯💯 all the time. But some of these youtube Broadcasters don’t that’s why I don’t follow along with them because you never see their actually journey when growing their hair like Tj shows hers, instead they show before and after pictures never actual videos not all but quite a few. It’s that easy for them to make you believe it’s their hair even if they part it, see how she just parted her hair an you didn’t see any tracks? Well that’s how easy it is for them to fool you. I love your hair TJ you did Awesome! You definitely open my eyes when it comes to some of these Hair Gurus. Thanks a bunch!! 😘
I totally agree with you I see video and you think it's there real harm they be having me believe. Talking about how I grow my natural hair and you don't even see the journey. Wow good point...I am going to get me some of these bundles
I feel like we could be besties IRL. Just yass girlin’ our way way through life 🤪
OKAY BLENDAGE!!!! 💙💙💙💙☺️☺️☺️
✔.
Im doing my hair for the first time !!! & in South Africa this is not a popular style until recently so the methods aren’t that great, so I’m so glad I found this video 😍😍 !!
My sister and I used to do our extensions with glue back in the day, never damaged it or tore it up. Just apply the glue remover wait 30 mins don’t yank on that head tracks Will start falling off on their own while you’re doing your dishes!😂😇❤️🤷🏻♀️
Wow looks great. That's how we use to do back in the day. That hair looks really really natural too.
You're glowing! Love the old school. 😍
One of my favorite methods! Not sure why people don’t like it as much ,this is always my go to for natural looking hair
If they had a frontal to match that hair I would be sold!
They do have natural hair frontals.
I just love how you keep it real with us in the videos! Girl I feel like we know each other, keep up the great work! Beautiful hair ❤️
Shid.. BACK TO THE BASICS!!!! I trust gluing tracks then all that other cliche mess they use... These women gonna find out soon... What the basics are!!!
You could have fooled me, it looks way tooo real. Excellent job best I've seen for a "glue in" weave. 👏
This is perfect, this is how I’m doing my hair for Christmas. You could also use clip ins if you don’t want to use glue.
Deadass was bout to say this girl
SarcasualTv how would you do clip-ins and can you do that on cornrows?
A Smith you would do it like how she’s doing it in the video just clipping it instead of glue.
The glue is flatter though...
You did a great job. It looks just like you're hair. I've never done a glue in before but I'm going to try it and this was very helpful thank you
Sew ins have damaged my hair more than any glue in would
I love you for this! I love how natural the old school way looks.
Girl you a damn fool with that blow dryer..🤣🤣🤣 She cute though 👏👏👏#TJTV

I love this method since high school and never suffered any damage. Thank you for the lovely video 💕

I LOVEEE this!!! I’m def about to try this glue in method again, I am sooo over sewn in weaves especially how long it takes to do yourself lmao also I like how detailed this vid is. I’m a new subbie here 🥰 thank you for sharing ❤️💫🔥
Child is Finna do this today, I hate wigs and sew ins, I LOVED my glue ins!
Throwback tracks I remember them days smh lol
Girl you took it back to the early 2000’s I was definitely doing this in high school.
Yessss !! 😩 I use to slap some tracks in my head back in the day
