I first found Mickey 6 years ago. But the talks only hit hard this year when I understood experientially that what I really want is not found outside. What I really want is the joy and well-being inside. For me this is the biggest turning point in my journey.

K try to lidten to Singer but its diffucukt cause he talk from the perspective that life is some how life is perfect for everybody......and i never her him talk about trauma......but his insights has also helped me!
