AM 60 i want to loose weight i need atleast 2cup sweet tea Daly i am following intermittent fasting , at 6pm i take my dinner mostly veggies pulse two roti of ju chana, after 16 hours i take sama ke chawal ki khichdi, or sabudana, or 2jau ki roti and lasun ki chatni and veggies with one cup sweet tea at 3again take sweet tea with rosted makhana or peanuts again i take dinner at 6same, in the morning I do pranayam an few strachings but not taking good results feeling weeekness
