“Steps” is so silly. Challenge yourself like running or interval sprinting and get to sweating and you’ll see a difference!
sweating is different for everyone and doesn't correlate to calories burned. no matter how you get your steps in, it's still exercise and that's what counts.
@@sunnyblossom_711 I’m sorry I should have said pushing yourself to a point where you are getting a good workout is the key but depends on one’s goal. I think the idea of walking and “steps” is just being a human. I wouldn’t really call that exercise…. Probably part of the case why US is so over weight!
