    Just made these today, and they’re great. I’m not a huge chocolate lover so I think with the next batch I will only dip only the top of the cheesecake into the chocolate rather than the entire cake.

    I would make sooo many different muffins from your cookbook. They are easy, delicious and freeze well for a great grab and go snack!!! You are my favorite keto, low carb baker!!!❤️

    I make these all the time, I don’t do the chocolate but leave them in the freezer and pop out one when the craving hits. We top with some raspberry reduction

    Looks like fabulous recipe. Thanks for sharing. I think I'll try with keylime cheese cake and white chocolate.

      Sounds great! Just know that keto white chocolate doesn't always melt nicely. Do NOT walk away for even a second! Stir stir stir...

    Going to run to the store for the ingredients today! If I wanted to sweeten the chocolate a little, should I add something liquid, like stevia drops for stevia glycerite? Or do you recommend against trying to sweeten the chocolate?

    You can make your own chocolate with coconut oil and coco powder ... look at no bake chocolate cookies keto and or lookup keto chocolate chips

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, you can. And I am one of the first people who ever created a keto chocolate chip recipe. However... it doesn't not make great coating for things unless you are just putting it on top.

    can I replace coconut oil into cocoa butter,

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can but they will be much more melty in your hands. Keep refrigerated at all times!

    I don’t have cocoa butter can I use regular butter or coconut oil??

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Coconut oil will work but they will be more melty at room temperature.

    Would it hurt to bake the crust a little?

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, certainly not. 10 minutes at 325 at most, then let cool completely before continuing.

  • @dizziechef9502
    @dizziechef9502 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I pretty odd. I have a sweet taste aversion . I can’t taste sweet things. But, my Son is on Keto and I want to make him some of these for his diet. Do these start to melt immediately when taking them out of the refrigerator. Fat bombs with coconut oil never hold up without refrigeration. They immediately start to melt. I’ll have to mail these.

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As long as you use cocoa butter, it's not melty at room temp at all. Mind you, cheesecake is best chilled...

  • @SueSneed
    @SueSneed 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Can I use coconut oil instead of cocoa butter in the chocolate dip?

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You can but only use 1 tbsp and be forewarned, it will be meltier to the touch. Keep them in the fridge at all times until ready to serve.

    I use the kit hill cream cheese, (dairy free) but is there an alternative for the heavy cream aspect of this?

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Coconut cream is your best bet but I honestly can't say how well it will work.
