I have bought $$$ methods for over 12 years. I run them on every vehicle I own because nothing compares. The crew at Method AUS wanted to jump on board with the raptor build and sponsored this setup.

On my 1St Gen - 2020.75 Ranger Raptor I have been running 5x Yokohama G005 XMT's 35"x12.5"R20" on a KMC Rim with a P38 offset and I only needed to remove front mudflaps when I didn't upgrade my front springs as I had fitted a Steel Bull Bar and 12000lb Winch (total about 106kg), when I uprated my springs to suit the weight I was able to return the mudflaps just needed a minor alignment check, I have also got a set of 17" Black Rhino rims with P40 offset and better load rating than the standard issued rims, currently still using the factory tyres till they run through, I can then go between 32" or to the full size 35" an still be legal (under the flare lip edges).

Hey mate, I'm having some dramas with my lifted raptor and I've done a heap of research trying to correct it. Thought I'd share my findings before you make the same mistakes I did.
A spring lift with a revalve doesn't change the open or closed length of a shock, it just changes where the shock sits in its travel at ride height. The problem with a spring lift and revalve is we've essentially lost 2 inches of down travel from the increased ride height. This causes all kinds of issues with wheel lifting and has caused me some issues offroad.
For example, take a look at rock buggies. They run at full compression, because this allows them 100% droop.
An ideal situation is to have stock ride height, to keep shock travel around 50% up and 50% down but use big tyres to increase clearance. But I want the lift so I can keep my clearance for my big tyres.
On the Raptors I actually believe it's better to do a strut spacer lift, as this means you're increasing the overall strut length and keeping your bypass shocks in the right zone.
If you have a bumper/lights/winch you need to consider spring rates. Caloffroad does a stock height, increased load spring that would suit if you're running bars.
If you do go the strut spacer, you will find that there is another problem that will need to be solved. With the increased droop, the factory UCA will start hitting the coil, potentially damaging the coils and the arms. I contacted GOAT offroad and they've got a new billet arm set for the gen1 that is designed for far more clearance in this area. I believe there are already a few billet options for the G2.
    Goodluck. Wheels look sick btw

I run snake racing 10mm strut spacers on my last gen without issues. Honestly no difference from stock on road or hard off roading. It gave me a 25mm lift. Planning to do the same on my 2023. I'll see how this comes out

thanks for sharing your experience. I'm thinking about fitting a slightly bigger 295/70 r17 tires on the stock wheels. do you think I'll need any clearancing? I'd rather not f around with lifting and revalving and such.
      thanks in advance !

If you go offroad and do hard tracks, 35s definitely help ground clearance. Not to mention how much smoother the ride is on corrugations. If you don't ever go offroad, yes I agree with you. We travel remote/bush a bit and 35s have made every obstacle significantly easier! Having said that, you can definitely do MOST of Australia's toughest tracks on 33s (and a bit of winching!).

Nice rims but unless you’re off-road 90% of the time those tyres will be a disaster. Why you young blokes want these stupid chunky tyres are beyond me . They are dangerous in wet conditions, after you have about 10,000 Ks on them they will be all over the road with heal and toe wear. The noise that they make will drive you crazy. I have fitted the exact opposite an put safer road tyres on. Better fuel economy and safety in the wet. Massive reduction in road noise. Have kept my original tyres for use when I go bush. Most of the time I’m on the beach and road tyres are much better on sand than terrain tyres. Look at the tyres on the park ranger vehicles on the beach. All road tyres.
If you think I’m full of shit I owned and operated one of the biggest tyre stores in Australia for 11 years
