- What’s going on guys! Today we visited what could very well be my favorite Six Flags park yet, in MEXICO! How cool is that? They had some awesome rides and a smooth SLC? Not something you see every day haha. Anyways, hope y’all enjoy the vlog and we’ll be seeing you at Six Flags New England in a couple of weeks! 🇲🇽🎢

In case you didn't know, Six Flags Mexico's Boomerang is actually the prototype Boomerang, originally built in 1982, although it didn't open until 1984
I saw that coaster prototype, on a PBS program for teens during that time in '82-83 called 321 Contact. 🤓 I've searched high and low for that clip, and I know I'll come across it one day!🤞🏾🤔🤓

i did not realize this was the original. I was always under the impression the Sea serpent at Moreys Pier in NJ was the original.
Sea Serpent is either the 3rd or 4th one, because I know Bellewaerde's was the 2nd to be built but the first to open
The theming here seems so much better than at most six flags parks. The Joker has a little walkthrough funhouse in addition to the ride, and the Dark Knight has that little subway crash thing. If they added a few dark rides they'd be solid.
0:30 them playing that song alone is enough reason to go there
They sent us twice on Twisted Collosus once at Magic Mountain. Perfect duels on all 4 drops (only 2 ride ops on the dueling train on our 2nd go around). Night ride. Front seat (although i prefer back on TC) Best experience on TC ever. A back-to-back ride on TC is like a near 9 minute ride with 4 drops. Just insane, but never since. I also had a triple lap night time ride on El Toro once. They literally sent the whole train on 2 additional laps. Also front row. Sometimes, you get lucky.

i always let the last train of the day go around twice on Viper if they all held their hands up. Usually someone screwed it up for the people.

Wait a minute… I don’t understand. From the info I gathered from your comments throughout the video it sounds like this was an unplanned impromptu visit. How did you end up just getting stuck in Mexico City? Anyway besides all of my confusion I just wanted to say this was a great video! That footage you got from Medusa was perfect. It’s so funny because as a kid I really wanted to visit SF Mexico since my family is from Mexico and I live less than an hour’s drive away from sf magic mountain. Fun fact before Six Flags Mexico was Six Flags Mexico it was actually known as Reino Aventura.
Haha well I was on my way to go surfing in Nicaragua and missed my flight. So we booked another flight that left 2 days later so I had some time to kill. Figured Six Flags would be worth a stop. Also glad you liked it, thanks for comment! :)
The reason why the Medusa's queue is tilted is because it used to be an attraction that could be translated as Crooked uncle's cabin, when they closed the atraction they reporpused it as the new entrance for medusa

For some weird reason, the rides are referred as “games” on the park website
It's a common mistake in Spanish translations to English. Depending on the context, the word "Juego" can mean a game as well as a ride.

Why do you chop up the POVs? It's really annoying and really reduces the quality of the video

@@NationalCoasters what you could do is upload them separately and then add the little notifications that link to the videos. I mean I am more then aware of other well known people who record POVs for upload like Robb Alvey, which I've met during their Midwest and East coast trips, but it seems a waste to recording POVs and not uploading them. Plus is there even a time limit uploading videos? I'm sure coaster fanatics wouldn't mind watching a longer video if it has full POVs of all the parks coasters; and in fact it would make it more engaging. Not trying to be critical, but trying to give constructive criticism.
@@NationalCoasters I saw the other comment before I saw this one... What you could do is export it in chunks and then use a tool to combine the clips together. Although if you have such a limit it sounds like your using a trial video editor rather then a full version.
